Bad service. Asked them to help me remove a mophie case that was sold to me by them. The lady said it was for a 6s not a 6s plus. Well, they shouldnt have sold it to me. And while she was helping me remove my phone from the snug case, they broke the screen protector. They were nice enough to replace it, but put on a cheap bodyguardz instead of the Zagg I had on it. Now my cheap screen protector has bubbles so I went in today to ask them to clean and reapply it. Well they cant because its garbage. He said, go online and get a new one. I cant because I registered a Zagg, still have the box and account. But I cant do it through Zagg either because their careless employees put on a bodyguardz. I have a screen and registration that doesnt match. No one will replace it that way. So guess what!? Im out of luck and have to just start from ground zero. Thanks a lot!!

The staff there is horrible. I went in with my family to get a new phone and Ipad after paying off my others threw the next plan they offer. We set there for almost 30 minutes and watched others walk in after us. When the 1 of only 2 people working was finished he skipped us and randomly helped someone that had just came in. I told them that they obviously do not pay attention to there customers let alone help people in the order they came in. I have been with the same carrier which is now AT&T since 1994!! I am so glad that I am not under contract and will do business with another carrier. This is the worst location that I have ever been too, and this was not my first issue with this location!!

I will be honest, I did not want to go to this store. I had a bad experience a long time ago. And, after having my phone stolen, the last thing I wanted to do was to go wait in line and get some bad service at the AT&T store. Well, Maverick & Stephen changed all that! They were so helpful! Even though I did not purchase the insurance on my prior phone, they were sympathetic and did not treat me badly. They were helpful; offered solutions. Excellent customer service! And, for anyone wondering... YES, THE INSURANCE IS WORTH IT!!! Get it. You wont regret it.

never had problems before but I stood for 30 minutes without a single person talking to me and I just wanted to pay my phone bill. customers came in after me and were spoken too and helped immediately but I had to wait and when I left nobody said a thing. I dont feel comfortable going to this store anymore now because the only difference between me and the other customers was my skin color they did the same thing I did and were treated much better. hate to play the race card but this was not a happy time and I cant think of another factor other than my age.

This particular store for me has always had an answer for the questions I have regardless of the type of service I had at that time. Kristen was very helpful in helping me upgrade my data plan & was also very helpful concerning questions I had regarding streaming & downloading music to my phone. I drive out of my way to come to this store & will continue to do so. Thanks to the Hillview store & to Kristen.

Staff was off-putting and non-communicative. I came looking for information on a phone that would be out a couple weeks from then. I was told that it was not coming to AT&T, and was asked if I wanted to buy a phone that day. That night, I found out it WOULD be coming to AT&T. Having PINs on all their sample phones is a minus too.

Great experience today. Maverick was great for his 3rd day in the store but it seemed he had been there for years. I got an iPad and he took plantain time to put a protective screen on it to make sure it was perfect. Great time here
