Went to this Publix to grab some deli subs for myself and some friends. At the deli counter there were two employees working, they were engrossed in conversation and fully ignored me even though I made eye contact with both of them. After standing there a few minutes, (I was the only customer at the counter), I finally asked if I get some help, the girl turned to me and said very sardonically, "What do you want", slightly stunned by the attitude I just stared for a second, and turned and left. I stopped by the customer service counter and told the lady there, she listened to me, but I could tell that the complaint could go no further. And I did not have time to stand around and wait for a manager. Went to Firehouse subs next door to the Publix instead. On a side note, the Publix in Hendersonville is great, Ive never had any issues at all there. Goodlettsville however is nowhere as pleasant.

I appreciate those who claim to have had a bad experience here, as it is my sincere hope that it scares away at least some people. This is a wonderful store and the people there are top notch. On occasion youll find a bad seed working at *any* store - that is not a reflection upon the store, simply a reflection upon the person. This branch of Publix is always clean, neat and tidy. The staff here greet me (and most guests as Ive noticed) with a genuine smile and an offer to help find anything. The store has an excellent variety of foods for sale and regularly have Buy One Get One specials. I shop at Publix exclusively and there is good reason for that - best value and quality combination I can find.

I have never encountered better customer service than at Publix, and this store is no exception. Its a little pricier than Kroger on some things, but the quality is worth it. The produce section is much better (other than Whole Foods, but that is pretty far away), especially if you like to buy organic. The Boars Head selection in the the deli is the primary reason we make the trip from Springfield twice weekly. The employees and the products make it well worth the trip.

Hands down Publix has impressed me with their quality of product. I enjoy my trips to Publix and would prefer to pay for quality and good products any day. Publix stores are very organized, the food is FRESH and of high quality. In addition the deli/bakery has a wide array of gourmet foods. The core values for Publix must be high quality and customer service and I get that every time I shop there. Thank you Publix!

Im am visiting the area for my husbands job and stopped at this location on Halloween to pick up some sandwiches for dinner. We have our son with us and every employee was so sweet and kind to him, and us. Some of the employees were dressed up, the manager as Superman. It was a very clean, welcoming and friendly environment and experience. If we are in the area again we will return.

People that were shopping there were very rude and pushy produce department needs to tighten it up a little bit everything was soft and at the end of its shelf life let alone every time I go there I have to argue with the Packers cuz I want to do it myself they dont like taking no for an answer I think Ill be shopping at Krogers from here on out

What can you say? Its Publix. Good food selection, but considerably more expensive than the recently remodeled Super Kroger across the street. They DO still have some of the best deli subs of ANYWHERE, however. (Including actual Sub shops that will remain unnamed)

I bought a tea from the deli and went through self checkout. I only got coins in change. They refused to give me my 17 dollars in bills, telling me that someone must have picked it up. I will never shop here again.

10 yr loyal customer. Until i used their online ordering. Ordered food for a party. 5 DAYS notice. Food was Never made when I came in to pick up. Still waiting for an apology. Sad.
