This pharmacy is TERRIBLE!!! It should be closed and replaced with a better company and better staff immediately. If you decide to go here (which I dont recommend...expect long waits...expect long lines... expect rude and unprofessional pharmacy technicians... expect dirty and unsanitary items (YES, a brush FOR PURCHASE was on the shelf and had long, dirty hair mixed in it... other items oftentimes have layers of dust on them) They never call to tell you that there is an issue with your script. They never pick up the phone when you call to sort things out. I had better luck calling the general manager, but why should the GM do the pharmacists and techs job? I worked as a pharmacy tech years ago, and I understand that it can be busy, but there was a few times when the store was relatively quiet and we were still given an outrageous wait time. This means that its the workplace culture and workers attitudes - not the fact that it is busy. This place is awful, dirty and unsanitary. Save your self the headache, find another pharmacy, thats what we did.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy i have ever been at.They take so long to assist you and at taking your prescrptions. They have more than 5 workers and their work pace is still slow. I left a prescrption one day so i can pick it up the next day in the afternoon and said that i did not leave my prescrption and that they did not have it in stock. Then the woman comes back and says that the prescrption was misfiled.I waited 30 min just to get the prescription. This pharmacy is the worst i do not recommend anyone going there. Now i know not to go back there and stay at the farmington ave.Steer clear from getting your prescriptions misfiled.

Sure sometimes the pharmacy is slow, but so are all pharmacies. Theyre busy and they are limited by how quickly they can get in touch with your insurance company or doctor or whomever they need to get. I would not say the wait is any more unreasonable than anywhere else, and I use them frequently. The pharmacists are, however, are exceptional. They are extraordinarily kind and considerate people.

Very low quality pharmacy. Only one customer service oriented guy works in their pharmacy but hes awesome. Regularly "understaffed with a high volume of prescriptions to refill". Prescriptions are often delayed even after you receive messages that theyre ready to be picked up. Line is regularly 4 or 5 customers long. Little Pharmacist continuity.

Who the hell needs a drive thru to pick up medication, its not the McDonalds down the block. Besides that it is what its supposed to be, you can go there to get snacks, and cards. Looks like a regular corner store to me.

Pharmacy service is always very slow. They dont know how to multi-task very well. Waited in drive through more than 15 min before they got to me for a pick up. Why have a drive thru if you cannot staff it properly?
