Usually I have an ok experience here, but lately Ive been having problems with coupons. My last attempt involved one I received through the app. I showed it to the cashier and she said I needed to show it through my email. I informed her I got it through the app, not an email. She said the app coupons dont work. Uh what? So Im receiving coupons that dont work? Wont be returning to this one anymore. Ill happily drive to the Milford one, never had any problems accepting my coupons there.

when I first went here the store didnt even look put together. stuff were still not on display. these things should of been done during the restock shift not in the middle of the day.

I go to this ulta and the one in meriden. Theyre both great. What this one doesnt have the meriden one usually does and vice versa.
