I would not shop here ever again. I would encourage you to try the Co-op or even Wegmans if you enjoy selection, service, and good prices. One lady behind the counter tried engaging me in a long-winded story about a magical, mystical energy sword that she uses to fight off demons that latch on to the back of peoples skulls and drain them of libido, stamina, endurance, and so on. When she actually showed me the sword, I knew she could not be taken seriously. With a "Middle Ages" education, there is not much one could ever hope to learn from her, yet she tries so hard to shove this drivel down peoples throats. I also overheard the manager talking down about a customer that had just left. She proceeded to belittle her intelligence and question her motives for coming into a "health foods" store. The lady was obviously a bit slow, so it seemed a little uncalled for to make fun of her for coming to shop at the store. The lady left because the manager was blatantly unhelpful, and did not want to give her any of her time. Another problem is the produce. I have many times found moldy berries, moldy lemons, moldy potatoes, and so forth. They dont watch the produce very carefully, and more or less throw it on display, whether or not it is safe to eat. If youre looking for bargains, they often have $0.99 bags filled with moldy produce. Enjoy! The prices are always 100% consistently higher than that of any other store. Even the stuff on sale is more expensive than elsewhere. Wegmans has the same organic stuff at a better price. I once overheard them getting a free shipment of rutabagas by mistake, only to see that they charged $1.00 more per pound than anywhere else for their free rutabagas. Talk about passing on the savings! What else? Some of the employees are clearly unshowered, and unkempt, leaving behind a foul odor in their wake. Its truly disgusting and makes one want to vomit in the isle. They are often rude and uninformed. The only thing they know is how to correctly pronounce "acai" -- but dont ask them anything about it, because they dont know and dont care to tell you anything other than a pre-packaged sales response. So in summary: if you want people that 1) believe in good/evil spirits doing battle in your head, 2) believe that wearing gold jewelry is the key to happiness, 3) are blatantly sexist and racist, or 4) talk about you behind your back after you fork out $93 for a handful of overpriced items, then shop here.... at Feel-Wronged Moldy Markets. Sarcasm aside -- dont miss the message: do not shop here. They are largely unintelligent, under-educated, unsympathetic, and uncaring. Dont fill the pockets of the miserly old man that owns this crap chain which is (unnecessarily) open 364 days a year... because everyone wants to shop at Feel Rite on New Years day, labor day, Lincolns birthday.... wooo!

I would NEVER go back to this location again. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a feel rite location. My husband and I had called in the morning to see if something was in stock or if they had the item. The gentlemen that answer the phone said that he was busy to look. Mind you it was nine am when they open the doors. We walk into the doors there were no one in site other then two workers. They did have the item. It was an item that is very popular and behind the desk. Both workers were very cold and distance. We tryed to make light thinking maybe they were not morning people and they made us not feel welcome. The Hamburg location is the best. They greet you with open arms.I will continue to go to the one in hamburg. This location look at my husband and I as if we knew nothing. My husband is feel rite number one supporter. We felt like they looked at us different. So if you want to be judge come here.

It wont let me change my name and I dont know why it is coming up as Tim, but my name is Jennifer.. I frequent this location on the regular and I dont understand the bad reviews! I had an issue with a freshly made line they carry, not only did the manager call me the very next morning, she offered me an option for store credit! Anytime I go there, I always have a great time, they are very helpful and sweet. So what if its a few dollars more, you save that in gas going elsewhere. I think its rude to single this store out for simple reasons. Small businesses have it hard enough, trust me Im well aware & own a spa myself. If its the people, then alert the manager, dont take it out on the store. Thats the equivalent to having a bad strawberry, it doesnt spoil the bunch, you remove it and move on. Anyways, love this location and they needed a honest review from a loyal city girl. Thats all.

I like the store have been shopping here for years, the owner will go out of her way to order what ever it is that you want or need. And offers great "advice" if that is what you need. Its human nature to not be perfect all the time. If you want perfection go for automated EVERYTHING till your hearts desire. Thats no fun...

This is a very overpriced store, vegetables werent fresh and their lifeway organic kefir tastes horrible compared to the one I get from wegmans for half of what I paid here for kefir. I wont be going back there. Do yourself a favor and go to the co-op

I shop at this location fairly often. The woman who assisted me was terrific; so knowledgeable, friendly & we had a great intelligent conversation. I wish I remembered her name! Kudos to her & all the associates at this Feel Rite!

Obviously the last poster was a lunatic. This is a holistic store that serves a niche market. Yes more expensive than wegmans because wegmans is a chain w/ 10000x the volume. I like feel rite n will continue to shop there.
