They genuinely care about you! They are REAL experts! I have been to many nutrition shops in efforts to control my gut health and begin living a healthier lifestyle. It wasnt until I visited Ask Nutrition to buy soap and lotion ( I have very sensitive skin) that I was introduced to the how to live a healthier lifestyle! Mrs. Ana is now my nutritionist and has developed a nutrition plan that is tailored to my needs!! It has been a life changing experience! I recommend this shop over any other in the area!

She owns the business and her knowledge of holistic medicine is immense! I am so so so glad i foumd this place! She even gave me free samples and advice that I didnt even ask for!! You must go!

Very nice place located beside ollies in the forest square shopping center in Carolina forest. I came in to see the selection and was shocked at how many different health items they carry. Even brands that you cant find anywhere but online solgar.
