This is a review of the Monroeville Mall Teavanas service. I stood in line waiting for service, hoping to buy some prepared and loose leaf tea. Ignored. Twenty five minutes in line. There were two cashiers and only two other customer (families) . One cashier was attempting to upsell the customer as she was finishing the transaction...the other was taking her time chatting with a group of people that she clearly knew instead of processing the transaction in front of her. No greeting, no acknowledgement. Compared to other Teavanas in the area, this was ridiculous. I waited for twenty five minutes, then turned around without my tea.
