The staff here is very helpful and non-intrusive. The one cashier gave me feedback on a product I was purchasing for the first time, and recommended a different flavor. This pleased me. They have a variety of bath products, lotions and essential oils as well as home cleaning products. One day, I went to see if they had shampoo and the manager informed me that they did not. I then witnessed him make about 3-5 phone calls to other store managers and people in positions above his own to bring up the problem and suggested they start carrying shampoos /conditioners. He sincerely valued my needs and opinions, and made that clear. This is the only vitamin store I now go to. They really do have the best selection of products and their specials/sales are great!

I shopped at Monroevilles Vitamin Shoppe and was made very uncomfortable. Two employees were fighting at the front desk. If there is one last thing you do in public in front if customers, it would be fighting. Let alone do it at all! I heard all sorts of information about workplace-related matters that I did NOT need to hear, in condescending, bickering tones. I left much sooner than I had planned. What is up with the Pittsburgh area? Everyone seems to be miserable.

One of the workers was rude but the store itself is large and organized. You can find what you need. As with most of these stores, some items are overpriced.
