I patronize this store whenever I can. Its a more relaxing shopping experience than shopping at Whole Foods. Given that the prices are similar on many products, I would rather shop at Earthfare. Its a North Carolina company too. The hours are: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. on Sunday. The butchers are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will fulfill special requests. The food bar is good, but does not have as many items as some other food bars. There is WiFi available in the seating section. There also a meeting room that the public can use that has WiFi available. You have to speak with management about arrangements. My only concern is that their marketing campaigns over the last 1-2 years have been confusing. They roll out one program and then another and another without any cohesion. Hopefully, they will get this straight because there are savings for customers in the form of coupons and contests, but it is very confusing and sometimes requires too much work. Otherwise a very good shopping experience.

I used to love this place. My husband and I would go every Sunday and get a juice and a few grocery items. Unfortunately, now the service is terrible. I have been many time to order a juice and the staff was unfriendly or could not take my order properly. Yesterday I waited for 5 minutes (and there was already someone there who was waiting for assistance) I walked away in good faith that they were busy and came back. The man was helping another lady and then he walked into the back. Still in the view of us, he began to blow his nose. I did not stick around long enough to figure out if he washed his hands (we all hope) but I had lost my appetite. Not a single employee asks if you need assistance, they all hang out at the check out talking. Hopefully it will get better but I will be boycotting for while and finding my Juice and natural supplements at Harmony Farms.

Very inconsistent, bad service, I have been to several different earth fares, this location is horrible, I would mark the other locations 5 stars. I have ordered meals where they have given me 3 meatballs one time and 6 the next, there is no organization on the hot bar, the area where you order sandwiches isnt marked at all and there is never anyone available to make a sandwich for you. When they do make you something they are constantly looking for things, opening new packages, out of a particular bread or cant find the sandwich menu to give you. The people in the kitchen seem to float around and pretend you arent there or an inconvenience to them. You can tell its simply poor management, lack of preparation and lazy employees. Hot bar, deli meat selection and sandwich area needs a lot of work. The rest of the store seems to run better

Never been to Earth Fare until today for a Google + HIRL in their community room. Thanks +Nikol Murphy. When I walked in I asked the first EF person I saw where the meeting was. He stopped what he was doing and WALKED me within yards of the door. After the meeting I was looking for another place in the store, and the CSR came from around the desk and WALKED me to where it was. Their community room (or meeting room) was quiet, clean, and a convenient location. So, cant say anything about the food or prices, but the service is excellent and folks quite friendly. If they were in Chapel Hill, Id be shopping there.

I very much enjoy shopping at Earth Fare and shop at this grocery whenever I am in the Brier Creek area. The butcher and pre-made selections are quite good. Excellent produce department -- everything is very fresh. The only catch is that it is a bit small, so sometimes theyre out of a particular item that Im looking for. The grains in bins are quite handy -- they have all sorts of grains that can be a bit tricky to find at other stores. Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Its always a pleasure and never stressful to shop here!

Good quality merch and food at commensurate prices. I typically go for lunch and to pick up supplies for dinner. The salad bar is a problem here. The veggies are often cut way too large for a salad. I was there today the mushrooms were WHOLE(!!?) in the salad bar, apparently inviting you to eat them whole and fresh as part of your salad. Often the veggies are just cut too large but whole? On a positive note, they have stopped putting salad dressing in containers that cannot be shaken before you pour them on your salad :)

Everyone that I have come across lately has been saying how the quality and service at the Brierdale/Brier Creek location has been declining over the last few months to year. I go in there every so often because my son works there and I used to love going in there but it is absolutely HORRIBLE now. HORRIBLE. The manager walks around like he has the biggest chip on his shoulder. All of my favorite employees are leaving. The quality of food is not up to past quality. Store needs a serious overhaul.

This location along with many others is an absolute joke. Food is not even close to being worth what they charge. Deli is insanely disorganized it usually takes 15 minutes to make a couple sandwiches. Eat in area doesnt have the bare essentials including you know some condiments to go when you take one of their overpriced premade foods. The only reason to go here is out of a time constraint and you are nearby.

Each time I have ever been to this Earth Fare, it has been an awful experience. The salad bar is never fresh or up to par and the hot bar is always empty by 1:00pm. If you ask for anything you have to get the staffs attention from "playing tag" behind the counter. This Earth Fare does not compare to the one in Morrisville. It lacks service, selection and consumer satisfaction.

Although they have a very nice meat selection and friendly staff, I am very disappointed in their produce section. Completely barren last week. Not even a potatoe. Bottled milk expires in days. Brought this to management attention but has done no good. Other earthfare stores I have been to are far superior in quantity and quality.

Great selection of Gluten Free and vegan items but have to double check because things get put back in wrong areas sometimes. Check when things expire, I have looked at soy yogurt that was passed expiration date but manager took care of it and was very pleasant. Always good parking which is a plus in Briercreek area.

Earthfare is the best location for organic and while food selections. They have tons of options for fresh produce, filtered water, deli and butcher meats, pet products, oils and baking needs. Not to mention my favorite section, the wellness area with vitamins, supplements and personal care items! Love this place!!!

To the user who said they charge for one-use bags - Im not sure who told you this, but its untrue. The store no longer uses plastic bags, but paper bags are totally free. They do, however, donate 5 cents to a local charity for each one-use bag a customer chooses not to use. Maybe this is what youre thinking of?

I exclusively shop here for groceries because there is no reason to go anywhere else! The prices are more fair than Whole Foods but has all of the healthy options we prefer. The staff is friendly as well. We love the cheese section (so much variety!) and take-n-bake pizzas for lazy dinners!
