I like this mall for the outlet stores...BUT was shopping over the weekend with a small child and husband we went into many stores and one particular store I was so offended by security and store associate. We were looking at sneakers and had someone following us so close we both turned around and asked about a particular sneaker and he acted like he did not know what we were saying so my husband asked do u work here he said in a very nasty tone Im security. So my husband went to register to ask the girl same question and was answered properly,my complaint is security really you shown your true colors as being a racist and racial profiling oh did I forget to mention we are a inter-racial cpl of 11yrs,and I have had enough of all the assumptions that all black people steal city blue you really need to re train your store security and let him know he can be sued for his behavior. Then as we shopped for three different sizes of sneakers he followed us though the store and let two white girls walk around store with book bags on with ease.We would never steal and both feel very offended. We were done shopping and went to register with three pairs of sneakers and store associate called my husband to him and said to him you need to put these shoes back that were tried on my husband walked away. Our feelings to that are if we had assistance from him we would not had to try on several pairs of shoes, and besides that is part of your job to assist customers and keep store floor clean. As we were walking out of store same rude store associate threw the tissue paper from the one pair of sneakers that were tried on by me and threw it at me as I was pushing my daughter in her stroller.I know only tissue paper but really thats how you are trained to treat customers.City Blue please take this seriously you can not have your employees throwing things at customers....

I used to work here in high school at Steve and Barrys, then The Athletes Foot (both are out of business now, which should indicate something). Franklin Mills, now rebranded as Philadelphia Mills, has been around a long long time. It has a [regionally] diverse set of stores, and a diverse set of clientele. While its branded colloquially as an outlet mall, it does not in fact contain only outlet stores, and many of the outlet stores that are located here are really only sending some of their worst product here. Nonetheless, you can find some OK deals at Banana Republic, Gap, and Brooks Brothers. There are also a few shoe stores that are okay. The thing to note about the Mills is that the clientele is on a budget, and much of the clothing youll find here is really for people who are strapped for cash and looking for a cheap buy. Lots of stores here who cant make it have closed down over the years, and Id estimate that about 33% of the entire mall (outdoor and indoor) is completely empty at this point. Some of the other issues here involve fighting, shoplifting, drugs and drinking (I wish I was making it up), and generalized rudeness by a lot of the clientele. Youll not have a nice calm walk through the mall over the weekend with your family here, but instead find large groups of people trawling deals or excitement, because theres nowhere else to be. The Mills isnt what it once was, the darling job-creator of Northeast Philly, and youll only come here if you know exactly what store youre going to and what for. Otherwise, try for a nicer outdoor or indoor mall like Cherry Hill. For movies go to AMC Woodhaven or Neshaminy.

Hi there, My name is Mehmet Ozturk. I have been in Tommys store on 03/28/2015 around 12 PM in Philadelphia Mills Outlet mall when i was robbed by the store employee. I put my jacket on hanger near by new jackets to try one and went to the fitting room side to see on mirror. When i came back one of the employee took my wallet but rejected it. At that time there were only 3 people inside which are employees. I requested to see on the camera but rejected by the store manager that told me i cant see it because of a blind spot. I called the mall security and police officer and got reported all of that. I can send them by email if you need to look at them. I had $400 cash, 8 credit cards, Social sec. card and my drivers license in the wallet. I tried to explain to manager which her name is Clayre but she didnt help me at all and was told that this is a Police and mall securitys job. I have very strong feeling that one of the employee took my wallet because he was organizing other jackets near by mine. I assume that store manager also knows who did it. I called to Clayre right after i came but rejected from her that says do not call again. As I have been a very good Tommys customers for many years I hope that you will try to solve my situation. Thank You.

Ive worked in this mall awhile now and it use to be good but now days its meh. There is a lot of low end clothing stores that sell really ugly clothes. The mall is quite Monday through Thursday but once the weekend hits the mall becomes a zoo. There is a lot of kids who just hangout in the mall that of course are unsupervised. A lot of store report theft but security is a joke. This mall has the worst security I have ever seen. There response time is alarming and then when they do show up there attitude comes off like you are bothering them and they also love to tell you that theres nothing they can do to help you. A lot of good stores and food court stores closed up. There is only a few places open in each food court now days n the rest are boarded up. If your looking for a relaxing day of shopping do not come to this mall.

This mall used to be called Franklin Mills, but recently changed to Philadelphia MIlls. The stores seem to be the same as I remember, but there are some new stores that opened. I barely come to shop at Philadelphia Mills, but the stores I usually aim for are sneaker stores or the Nike store. I do come here with my friends and family to Dave and Busters which is at the mall and also to watch movies. There is also a Sams club nearby and a Walmart that just opened up recently. I had bad experience with the food court before so I never went back to it again. If you really need something and close by this is the mall to go to, but if you want to go to a better mall with friends and family there are way better ones than Philadelphia Mills.

Poor Service and Rude Behavior at Tangerine My husband and I took the kids to Philadelphia Mills. We have not been in a few years usually visiting Willow Grove and King of Prussia. The mall is clearly undergoing changes, including the addition of stores such as Tangerine. My children and I were treated so rudely in that store, I made a promise to myself that I will not return. As a small business owner it is shocking to see how some owners and workers do not value their customers. Customers are what keep a business in business! That was our first and last time shopping at tangerine. We took the girls to Claires where they found plenty sparkly things and sparkling customer service to match. Shame on you Tangerine (
