DONT SHOP THERE !!! As Ronald Burgess stated they racial profile people so if your not white and preppy or if you dont come In there dressed to impress looking like you need all eyes on you at all times then they have a problem with you. I was there over the weekend and I was singled out for no reason but I guess because I wasnt in the Nike store scrambling and fighting over the clearance rack like everyone else then maybe thats what made me look suspicious or maybe because I wasnt dreesed in my Sundays best and just looked like the girl next door while all the other snobby fake rich wanna bees were dressed as if they were going to be in a hit movie that day even though it was raining and cold outside and by the way Reebok has way better customer service than Nike does and there prices are better the girl there helped me as soon as I walked in the door without me asking but meanwhile I wont be going back to this outlet there are better ones around and I have the info to the coroperate office so I will be be contacting them in the morning about this .

We went to grand opening few months ago and recently went back. The grand opening was great! Nice weather, clean stores, friendly staff and they even had entertainment. The deals on opening weekend were awesome. So we took the 20 minute drive again and 2nd time around we were disappointed. The specials were gone and we quickly realized that many of stores were not even outlets but pure retail stores. We didnt find any deals second time around and wonder how this location will survive long term if it doesnt address need for "outlet" in area between AC & Philadelphia. That being said, we love the idea of outside mall but see no reason to return unless they can beat the prices we can get locally at Cherry Hill Mall or online at Amazon.

Traveling to see some family members we are from NW Jersey, we usually hit the Flemington,NJ Outlets over the years. They are are having serious problems with keeping stores open, check their current reviews. Here every store was open on Friday in April 2017. Besides everything being new, outdoor seating in the shade, a place for the kids to run around, fire pit for cool days. We didnt get to see everything as we had dinner appointments. Could not believer the crowds at 3:00 pm. Wife checked out the Vera Bradley store and found out they really have "outlet" pricing. Buying yet another pocketbook ! A couple of coffee shops available and bathrooms everywhere.

These are definitely not what you think of when you think of outlets. Sure they are outdoors and carry a good amount of your favorite brands but the prices are what you would see in a regular store. There are very few stores here that are "typical outlet stores". There are also a fair share of places to grab a bite to eat. From the food court that contains two Asian restaurants, a pizza place, a smoothie and health food place, and then a Philly Cheese Steak restaurant to Auntie Annes and Starbucks right outside on the main strip. Youll have no problem finding a good bit of food while walking around and seeing all the stores that these outlets have to offer.

I like the outlets as a whole but I experienced an issue at the Gap. I wanted to do a simple return and re-buy with a gift card I had earlier forgot and the entire process took 25 minutes. I was there at 10:15 and had 6 items... it should have taken 5 minutes or less. The sales associate had no idea what was going on and the manager had trouble understanding my request. I understand its a new outlet mall but they should had experienced people working there. Not sure if I will go back to the Gap after this... seems like theres always an issue at an outlet store and not the regular stores, in which case I would probably go to the mall.

This is my favorite outlet mall so far very clean and great design, is outdoors walk through lots of sitting areas, free phone charging stations, fire pit, green play area/ resting for kids and adults, as a mom of a 11 month baby Im grateful that they have a clean nursing room inside women bathroom so I can breastfeed. Lots of good designers stores and DEALS trust me on this one you can stretch your money there. Food court decent I wish they had more options but now they have a restaurant Friendlys outside by Carters kids store so come to south jersey

Why does it close so early? Its just impossible for someone to try and go after work if they close most nights at 7pm. What is the thought process that comes up with the plan to be open all day when a majority of people have to be at work and then close right about the time customers would be heading home from jobs that make it possible for to spend money to keep your stores in business? Unless you leave work at 5pm which is lucky and you happen to live within a few miles of the location it is not likely that anyone who works can shop after work.

Nice mall outlets, but avoid New York and company especially if you are black, and the racism is against your own. Went in there and the black sales person treated us like trash, while she treated the white Folkes like Kings and Queens. My wife was so upset, we bought alot of stuff throughout the mall, as she is a teacher and was doing back to school shopping for herself and our kids. Coming from NY we were not expecting that level of bigotry coming from a black woman to another black woman for no reason at all.

Just went today & there is definitely a wide selection to choose from. It was very clean and welcoming. Also the kid friendliness was an awesome thing to see! It would have been even better if there was a place to eat though. On a side note: If there were a bar open to the adult crowd at night with some nice music it would be a very nice lounge area & hang out spot. Especially near the fireplace and fountain. (Just a suggestion...) This area could definitely use a new nightlife scene.

Great place to spend a weekend. It is not overally crowded, even during holiday season (which is worrisome for business), Just keep an eye out to make sure the store you are visiting is an outlet. They have non-outlet stores there that sell at normal price. Giving this an overall 4 though due to the lack of food. While it has a Friendlies, it would best be suited if they had some restaurants there from an Applebees type to even a PF Changs.

The entire outdoor area from parking lot to stores was very buggy, there must be lake near by. Really buggy, not pleasant. They allow smoking so having that near the stores is not nice at all. Its an outdoor mall but smoking should be banned like it is at certain other out door malls not part of the premium outlet chain or Simon malls. Food court was overran with children acting bad. There are much better places to shop.

I love going to the Yankee candle outlet store ..I cannot afford a Yankee candle at regular price. So if I come to the Yankee candle outlet store I was so happy that I was afforded the opportunity to finally be able to buy a Yankee candle and not one of those cheaper candles. So thankyou Yankee for having a discount store I wish there were more of them. Have some wonderful upcoming holidays everyone.
