Iconic T-shirts did a top notch job on my order. They were, above all, professional and experienced. Shaun and his team reviewed every detail with me to ensure accuracy - which impressed me the most. With their creative help, my idea was fabricated into a product that was better than I could have designed on my own. They were friendly and pleasant to deal with-and accommodated my request for SAME DAY pick up!!!! My order was done within an hour. Iconic had a wide variety of products and their prices were very competitive. I will be bringing all of my future orders to Iconic!

Iconic did shirts for my group using their digital printing process. Our logo artwork is extremely intricate and beautiful. I really wanted to be able to use it on our shirts but because of the complexity of the artwork, regular screen printing would have been costly and not given me the results I was looking for. Shaun recommended using the digital printing and the shirts are spectacular. The finest details, many colors, and shading are printed to perfection on black shirts. I will definitely be ordering more shirts from Iconic in the future.

Ordered tshirts and went to pick them up and they said that they werent ready and that I needed to come back in a couple hours then got a call saying they didnt order the blank tshirts so I needed to come back the next day so I came back and got my shirts and they said that they counted the shirts three times so I should trust them, I counted them anyways and was missing a tshirt and had to wait 20 minutes there. On top of all that, when placing my order the lady at the front ensured that the tshirts werent see through and sure enough....

I would love to actually review this companys work. I called this company nearly every day for a week, but was never able to reach an actual live person. So I left a message describing the services I needed performed, but no one returned my call. I feel I shouldnt need to work that hard to obtain a service. After a week of waiting for any connection, I had to take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service and follow through - that is the lasting impression I have of this company.
