This was my first time using this FedEx location and the staff (Unfortunately, I didnt get their names) were very helpful. I needed to get a package to San Diego by Monday afternoon and I ran into the office on a Saturday at 4:25p for a 4:30 pick-up time! Talk about a stressful situation. :-) The counter staff assured me that it wasnt a problem even though I had my materials in the wrong type of box! The driver kindly waited until my package was ready to be loaded (about a minute or so). I thank the staff so much for making my "emergency" less stressful with their professionalism.

The staff are stiff and impersonal. I feel like they think I am diseased because the staff gives me bizarre looks and barely want to help me. Its not my fault I am disabled and use a walker. When I go to this store, they act like they think I am contagous. Recovering from a broken back and overcoming paralysis is not contagrous. It is something I am proud of. This is the only store I go to in Sacramento where I am made so uncomfortable by the staff!!!!!!!!

Usually there to drop off prepaid shipping and Im in and out within 5 minutes. As with any downtown business parking is awful. I literally rather walk the 15 minutes from work than drive there. Which is good for burning calories rather than fossil fuels but not good if youre in a time crunch.

Service is fine but God what a ripp off. They charge you to use the computer, and charge $0.49 per black and white page for printing. Office Max down the street charges $0.13/page and use of the computer is free.
