Not sure if he was having a bad day, or is just a jerk in general, but the manager this afternoon was so unprofessional that I was uncomfortable being in the store. The young man under his employ was helping me, and several other customers, and the other cashier seemed to be busy helping others on the floor. Im sure I dont know all the details, but I do know that neither of those customer service agents were failing at their jobs so miserably as to warrant the demeaning and angry tone of the managers demands, and frankly, it seemed like the managers job was primarily to snap at his employees and mutter, "Jesus Christ," when he didnt get a satisfactory response and only secondarily to help customers. Regardless, to one who has worked in customer service, such treatment of ones employees reflects well on those employees who maintained their poise (and I genuinely feel for the employees working this afternoon), and very poorly on the store management.

The past few times I have been in, I have been impressed with the customer service. Right when you walk in, there are staff there waiting to ask what they can help you with and point you in the right direction. If youre looking a little lost, you will quickly find help. The staff have also been very friendly. Office supplies are office supplies so I dont really care what store I go to to purchase the products, but I like to go to this store because of the service and location. If you live or work downtown or midtown, this store is a good option for buying your office supplies.

There are days where I receive exemplary customer service and days where I receive standard customer service... I guess it really depends on whos on staff that day... but the products are the products and the store layout is in a manner where things can be easily found, and there is always someone within my proximity to assist if I need help.

This store engages in sleazy business practices. Under a large sign advertising 2 for $10 copy paper they place paper that goes for $13 ea. If you catch it (i.e. "why is my bill so high?") then they explain "Only the 20 lb paper is on sale not the 24 lb paper." Really, then why put only 24 lb paper under the sign? Find another store...

This is the closest store of its kind near me so I use it and it is a nice clean friendly store, but the items are overpriced. If I can go to a Staples, I will sometimes go out of my way to do so because of the prices.
