Hai has been very helpful. Hes a one man shop with a phone assistant. He took all the viruss off my laptop (took 24 hours!) and installed anti virus software and a virus resistant search engine, all for $80. I used the search engine for awhile but my laptop couldnt handle the version, so he replaced it with another, free. I think hes very competent and honest.

I called looking for a simple part for an HP laptop. I have the manufacturers part number for the Display Inverter Board, not only did they not have one they could not even refer me to a repair tech that might have one. Ebay indeed! I think Ill keep shipping my work to our old store in Bellevue WA, Harddrives NW, thank you very much.

Went in to check it out since Ive never been inside before. It is fairly small inside, not a whole lot of parts but a decent amount. Nothing modern as well. Owner seems like a nice guy but the parts are a bit on the expensive side in comparison to online retailers. Nonetheless you cant complain to what it is.
