My girlfriend recommended this place, I was skeptical at first but when I first met Charlie, he reassured me that he would assess my problems on my computer and give me a quote. My computer was slowing down and would take forever to turn on and or keep a charge. Also I needed to do an update but it wouldnt and would fail every time I try to update my computer. My computer is a Toshiba C55D. Its only 2 years old. I took it to three other shops in the area and out of town and even Best Buy Geek Squad. They quoted me more expensive and Charlie was able to work with me. Overall very satisfactory and timely. Thanks Charlie.
