I was out of the country visiting family and one night I was listening to music, nothing out of the ordinary, when my laptop decided to restart automatically. My MSI Windows 7 laptop decided to do a configuration update by itself anyway and when it went to restart it would no longer boot. This isnt the first time my laptop had a problem with booting. I usually do a system restore to an earlier restore point. This time, it wasnt working. It wouldnt even make it to the system repair page in the boot menu after multiple manual restarts. I tried everything I could (command prompt boot fixing, image recovery backup, system restore, safe mode, etc) because Im used to fixing my own computer problems. Nothing. It just couldnt load to the next steps. I thought I saw the blue screen of death (it was a much more minor blue screen message). With no places nearby to fix my computer, barely any service, and another 5 days left before heading back to the states, I was stressed out. Luckily, a friend discovered Techloop and sold me right away. As soon as I returned to Bay Area I took my laptop in and they fixed it in within a day. There were priceless things on my laptop of course so I cant thank these guys enough. Apparently the problem was that Windows had accidentally sent out an incompatible driver that belonged to Windows 10, not Win7. So when my laptop tried to boot, it didnt recognize the driver. Techloop is legit and convenient.

Amazing, quick service AND its really cheap. You dont even need to make appointment like in Genius Bar. Talk to some one requires 20 mins in apple. Tech-loop will diagnose whats wrong with your electronic for free and then offer a price quote, which you dont have to take but its fractions less than Apple repairs and other repair places. My MacBook retina screen was replaced for $4-500 less than Apple quoted me. Ive also had iPhone batteries and buttons replaced. Ive been here twice within a week and received same day service both times. Theyre efficient and really know what theyre doing when it comes to diagnosing and fixing your electronics specially apple products.

I was doing pre Christmas shopping and I glanced at their showroom. They have pretty good mac selection and find out they also offer apple product repairs. Check their iMacs they are on sale now. You will save Arora be 200-300 from listed prices.
