I initially started an online chat 12/14/11 with Ian. He asked if he could call me to discuss in detail. I gave him my number and he called within 5 minutes. I explained to him the problem with my laptop. He said they could find my pictures. I was frantic because I cherish my pictures and we were missing some. We especially needed them for our Christmas card/newsletter. He gave me a service date of 12/15/11. Mike showed up on time. First and foremost he was patient with me, explaining in detail what was wrong and how he was going to help me. He was also very respectful. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable. Low and behold my hard drive and memory were shot. He was able to recover my pictures which I was very grateful for! He was very successful! The rates were reasonable. The level of customer service was so high that I will be calling them in the future when needed. I will also highly recommend them to people I know. For those of you stating reviewers are fake well...I am NOT one of those! I am a real customer that was so far beyond stressed out over my laptop! My husband was staying up way too late trying to fix it on his own. It was a HUGE relief to know what we needed was accomplished. I dont believe in wasting my time writing fake reviews. This company has a high level of integrity that I believe they would delete any reviews they knew were fake. Thank you Tech 2U for such outstanding service!

This was a great experience for me. I had used Tech2u in the past when my computer needed fixing and they got it working right away. This time my year old HP decided to suddenly stop working, after trying to fix it I finally called Tech2u to come help. They sent me William and I have to let everyone know he was so polite, kind and went through every step of the process on trying to fix my problem. In the end my computers motherboard had quit and there was no replacement part for the model I had. William went over all my options, asked what I needed in a computer and what kind of price range I could afford. I could have gone out and brought another computer from a store that all they really wanted was my money but I didnt I went with Williams recommendation and when the new computer turned up he came and installed it. helped me set up the settings and even gave me help showing me what my new computer can do. I now have a great new computer with so many new options its amazing, thanks William I will never use anyone else when it comes to my computer needs.

Chad (the Technician) and the rest of the Tech2U team did a great job for me. First, they explained the process in enough detail that I knew what to expect. Next, Chad kept me updated while he was working on my machine to give me a progress report. He asked the right questions and made SURE that I understood every step. At the last, when I was paying for the work (the price was darned reasonable), the Technician at the front counter made sure to ask if I had any questions at all and invited me to call them any time. He also reminded me that the work is warrantied for 30 days. An all-around great experience. The Tech2U team knows their stuff and, just as important, they understand what great customer service is. I am their newest fan.

The guys over at Tech Service 2U were very helpful in solving the issues I required with some nasty virus removals that were necessary with my home computer. They gave me a window of 3 hours for my serice call, and even called to let me know they could come early because they had a service tech in my area. Will arrived promptly, answered all of my questions, and about 90 minutes later had my pc up and running again. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing help with their pc. Even on Christmas Eve, John answered my follow-up call and explained a few more ways I can keep my pc protected. Thank U Tech2 U!!!!

After I purchased a reconditioned computer from Tech 2u this month, I required the assistance of technical support on several items. Kai was my contact on two occasions. Kai is certainly a valuable asset to Tech 2u. He is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable in resolving problems/questions. Most importantly you can depend on Tech 2u to contact you at the time specified and to follow through until all is completed and working properly. Tech 2u is fortunate to have Kai represent them. I am a monthly client. Since I run a business from my computer it is important to keep it up and running and free from things that attack computers. This service and my technician, Brandon B, did an excellent job. Not only that, they called me to do their renewal and installed all the latest technology to protect my computer. The cost is very reasonable. And I get a knowledgeable service tech to take care of situations of which I have very little knowledge. It is nice to get the help. One less thing to worry about.

I recently visited EU-Tech for the first time and was extremely impressed with the staff and owner. The shop is very nice and I can recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing BMW repair and Im an amateur BMW mechanic myself. Im pretty OCD about how my car is maintained and repaired. However, keep in mind that this isnt just any repair facility. In my opinion, Louis and his staff are more knowledgeable than another other BMW repair facility within driving distance. You will not be disappointed.

I have had 2 session with Tech2U and I cannot really praise them enough. Their techs are friendly, patient, and know what they are doing!!! I have given them some serious challenges....one that wasnt fixed remotely the same day and I thought they would think I was a whiner, complainer when I called back. But not true! The tech was very kind and patient and figured out the problem in about 10 seconds and then spent another 5 minutes fixing it! I rate them a 3 and would recommend them to anyone.!

Had a terrible problem with my computer that I was not able to handle on my own. Had Tech 2U take a look at it, and they were able to diagnosis and repair my machine with in 2 days. Very friendly service with extremely knowledgeable staff that didnt try to impress with with words that I didnt know. Will be using them in the future for any other problems that I have.
