The owner was the one that fixed my phone. (The screen was cracked) and there is an app that if you type in a password it uses the front camera to take a picture of whomever is using the phone. He tried 58 times to crack the password and it took a picture of him every single time. He claims that the apps sometimes open and "spazz out" and open themselves. Apparently they will try to open themselves almost 60 times to get into private information also. After knowing that this is what happened I can only imagine what he saw that wasnt under a passcode and what he could have seen. He went through my phone. Im honestly extremely pissed off about this and worry for whoever else is going in there and what he is getting off of other peoples devices. Take this as a lesson learned and be careful. Before I found this out I thought that it was a great place and that they did great work. Had my phone fixed 2 times and was very happy with the result. But after this I will never go back.

After a pathetic attempt to change the password on my IPhone, I could not open it at all. I took it Verizon on Madison Avenue, and was told I would have to take it to either Arden Fair or the Galleria to an Apple dealer to have it repaired. I would rather take a beating twice than go to either place. I looked online, and found iMasterTek. They were in my neighborhood (on Greenback Lane) have convenient hours, and could not have been nicer. They did not cast any aspersions on my intelligence for totally screwing up my phone, and they had it ready for me to pick up again in less than two hours. Their fee was more than reasonable, and a great deal less than Verizons "Well just sell you another phone" method of repair. I hope to never have to use their services again, but if (or when) I do, I know exactly where I will go. I recommend them most highly.

I dropped my iPhone 3G in the parking lot and absolutely killed the front glass. It looked like one of those shattered car windows. I went to the AT&T store and (of course) they were absolutely NO help whatsoever. I thought I was going to have to fork out $400 for a new phone, but luckily I found these guys and was surprised to find out that they could fix it. When I called they were very friendly and professional. They told me when to bring it in to be fixed. The quote they gave me was very reasonable. I took it in a couple days later and they had my phone looking and working as if it was brand new in just 15 minutes! THEY ROCK! I highly recommend iMastertek to anyone who has damaged their iPhone! Thank you very much!!!

I had a cracked screen on my Iphone 4S. Walked into the store without an appointment, which is conviently located off 80 and Madison, and was told the repair would take about 45 minutes. I was given two choices of screens (aftermarket $99 or OEM $120). I decided to go with the OEM for only $20 more. Total cost with tax $125..I returned to find my phone with a flawless screen. Well worth my time and money to have such a valuable assest of mine repaired promptly, professionaly and at a good value. Other shops advertise $89-$99 repairs, but that is for the aftermarket screen, not OEM, big difference...Ask which screen your getting if you choose to go elsewhere. I would/will recommend this company, no doubt.

I have never, EVER, taken the time to write a review, I am always too busy or I forget, but I had to make the time to write a review for MasterTek. There should be an option for 10 stars because he deserves it. My 3G Iphone screen was SHATTERED!!! I brought my hand brake right down right on top of the phone and I thought, OMG, my phone is ruined. Then I heard that the "Genius Bar" at Apple could do it for $199 but that is still $100 MORE than I paid for the phone. Then I found MaserTek! I am not kidding when I say 20 mins after handing him my phone he gave me back what looked like a brand new phone. If you have a shattered Iphone screen - you have to call this guy!!

My iPhone glass shattered... no more of this nightmare... needs to get it fixed. I was about to ask some friends to do it now that they have this thing that you can replace the glass. But common sense told me that my friend has never replaced a hard drive, updated this RAM or fixed viruses, so I said never mind. The guys at the iMasterTek iPhone Repair were great! He listed to how I broke my phone (dropped to a cement ground) and he went off to repair it. Told me I can wait in the waiting room, but I prefer walking around coz its a beautiful day anyway. Gosh he did it in half an hour. I paid $79. No headaches. Done. Phone is again decent yes!!!

Its a tiny little store with not much going on in the eye appeal area, but it has a wonderful technician there that knows his stuff. I have now had my iPhone fixed by him 4 times and I will going tomorrow for my 5th :( All my fault of course, Im a bit to rough for an iPhone but I love dang thing. One of the phones they had replaced the screens on had a hardware problem months after and I had to bring it to Mac, they didnt notice that it had been worked on at all. They didnt notice becuase the work they do is flawlish. Best price I have seen and you can be in and out in 15 minutes typically. Id be lost without this guy :)

These guys really are the folks to see if you need any repairs done to your iPhone. They listened to my comical story of my attempt to repair a cracked screen and they even took the time to tell me what went wrong. From there they explained the benefits of installing their replacement products and they even provided a simple demonstration using the replica screen I brought in. They dumbed everything down so I could understand, which I appreciated! I handed them an iphone broken into 4 pieces and in about a half an hour I came back to, what looked like, a brand new iPhone. Check these dudes out!

I tripped and shattered my iPhone about a year ago. I took it too apple and they quoted and insane amount for repairs. Instead of repairing it, I put clear tape over it to keep the glass from falling out. (Yes, It was that bad!!!) I was going to be in Sacramento to visit my grandparents and called MasterTek for help. (Seeing through cracks for a year was driving me crazy) When I arrived, he was standing outside waiting for me and fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes. I couldnt be any happier. I have recommended MasterTek to my friends and if my iPhone ever breaks again, Im calling MasterTek.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!! Go here first instead of the other iphone repair places. If you made the mistake of going somewhere else and you were not happy, then come here for a second opinion like i did. I was told by another repair place that my water damaged 3gs was DOA due to the motherboard being fried. The other spot even offered to do me a solid by buying my damaged 3gs for 20 bucks, (LOL) I went to IMASTERTEK for a second opinion and they had me up and running in no time. I REPEAT THIS PLACE IS THE VERY BEST. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. GO HERE FIRST OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.
