Regarding their PC repair services. My PC cooling tower plastic mounting bracket on the Mother Board broke, so I brought my machine in and they told me I would have to replace the motherboard. Since I already knew what the problem was, I asked them why they could not simply replace the bracket. They told me the bracket was built into the machine the entire MB would have to be replace. I bought the bracket from EBAY for 7 dollars and fixed the problem myself.

Employees seem to avoid you. Wasnt asked if I needed help once when passed by employees multiple times. I shouldnt have to ask for help when I am buying a product in your store. Sell me the product. This is why retail stores are dying off.

Ive been consistently frustrated by poor customer service in their copy center. And self-service things like sending a fax are so overpriced that I refuse to use them; $2/page for a fax is outrageous.
