I was a little skeptical about contacting this store because of some of the other reviews but I had been looking for specific filing cabinets and couldnt find them anywhere. I took a chance and called. I spoke with Craig who was very helpful on the phone and told me they had what I was looking for. I visited the warehouse (not easy to find but I did) and they were there, just as described. Craig was nice enough and the cashier was not rude. Craig said he would have the cabinets delivered the next day and they arrived as promised. The delivery man was awesome. He was very careful, friendly and thoroughly wiped down the cabinets before leaving. I have no complaints and am very satisfied with the product and service. I will be sure to keep these folks in mind when I need more used office furniture.

This place offers one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. They have great deals and quality furniture, but unfortunately the woman that runs the store is flat out rude, messes up orders repeatedly and is very negative to deal with. We ordered several desks through them and created a detailed sketch of what we wanted (the person taking the order wouldnt be bothered to take notes about our order) When they messed up on the installation of the desk, they refused to fix it, even through they had detailed notes to follow, and that we paid extra for the delivery and installation. Working with this company has been a total nightmare due to their rudeness and complete lack of concern for their customers. I highly advise against using them.

Quality-Good, Appeal- its a used warehouse. Service poor and excellent. The lady working there is in need of communication skills, she may have an idea of what the inventory is but that is a far as it goes. She is less than helpful, does not return calls and generally does not remember you called. The owner on the other hand did a fabulous job for us, we are a non-profit and we needed to fill a area with work tables and he cut them and customized them perfectly. Installation was flawless, great delivery guys.

Flat out rude. Our office is moving, so I just wanted to see if they do used office furniture pick up. I informed the man who answered the phone that we had cubicles, desks and also some file cabinets. Someone might be picking up the file cabinets to use, but I am not sure at this time. He told me hes pretty booked up right now. Why dont I have the people who will be picking up the file cabinets to pick up the rest of the stuffs and hung up Wow.... How do these people stay in business?

This place has everything at prices that were half the price of the other used furniture stores we shopped! Huge variety they will have what you need! The below reviews crack me up, who cares how the service is at a used furniture store? Both bad reviews state great prices and quality. I saved...a couple k. They were not rude to me. Actually very helpful!
