I purchased the office desk from Eddie, West Coast Office Solutions, Inc., at 765 Montague Expwy, Milpitas, California, on Feb. 25, 2013. The desk was dilevered with damaged marks. Eddie came to our office to exam the damages and agreed to replace the desk top for us at no charge. The delivery men came with another desk, instead just the desk top only. The second desk came with cratches and marks all over. I was told that there is no perfect desk and marks are originated from the manufacturer. There is not thing they can do and they are willing to give me a %15 discount as promised previously. When we, my staff, arrived at Eddies office to process the refund, we notice the display desk was missing. We are guessing that he was trying to replace my desk with the displayed one. I am so disappointed with his unprofessionalism.
