Made my pdf printouts.. went online to place my print order.. for some reason the online print shop kept zooming in on my print job and wont show the original size. There are no buttons for me to zoom out or do a print size option. Made multiple formats of my files and still dont work. I looked online at the forum & help section... nothing about resizing my prints or zooming out. I figured I would go to the store and maybe the print service people would help me. I explained my problem. The lady at the print service counter said try to pull it up in the store. I charged my card. Logged into their computer turned around to find her to help me and she was GONE! Looked for some print service help but no one was there. A sign on the counter said the service was closed.. it wasnt even 8pm yet? SOOO Im going to take my $28 print job and give it to someone else.. kinkos.. fedex.. whoever but not staples.. no service.. not taking my money. .. it wouldve been nice if she told me. . Hey my shift is ending but you can ask so and so for help. .. but I didnt get none of that. . Either poor customer service or poor training.. sorry staples.. although your in my neighborhood, you failed. Id rather drive across town and give my money to other businesses whod help me.

Price is high, service ok has been rude to my wife, has been extra curtious to me. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast so it averages out to ok. Convenient is the only reason I keep going back. I live 4 blocks away and im always in a rush. Once I said I would never go back because of their return policy when I lost my receipt. They wanted to give me $8 for a cable I just paid $60 for 2 days prior. Not cool. But convenience is a major factor so I did. I would much rather office depot as I get a better deal with a card I got for being a chamber member. Oh well, cant have everything my way.

Excellent Customer Service I ran out of toner for my office printer and went to Staples tonight. The Salesman helped me right away and directed me to the cartridges for my printer. Thought the price was high but he informed me if an item in the store is cheaper on Amazon they will honor the price. He looked up the toner on Amazon with his phone and it was much cheaper. I saved $20. When I went to purchase the item, the line was long and the store opened two more registers to accommodate people. Think I will start shopping more often at Staples dont have to pay shipping costs.

This Staples has the most friendly people in the morning! If you go there at 8 am you will have the best customer service experience ever. Rosemary from the Printing area is the BEST! She always goes far and beyond to help me and help others! Angelica from the cashier is a sweetheart as well! Thank you Staples Freeport in Sacramento for making our customers happy all the time and thank you for your hard Work! You two deserve recognition and I hope they recognize your great work at Staples! Keep up the great work!

Tech Services are terrible. There are never enough employees to help. Sometimes you have to walk around the store looking for someone to help you. What should take a day for repair can stretch out to 4. They dont clearly explain what you will get for warranties. Turns out when you purchase a computer you have to buy separate warranties for separate issues. Aside from the convenience of the location this store does not really have much to recommend it.

I took my shredder into the store near me and the guy at the counter blew me off before I even told him my issue. He said "We dont service shredders and dont know what to tell you." Its a Staples brand shredder and the level of unprofessionalism was surprising. He said "you can call the manufacturers phone number." You mean Staples phone number? Not cool Staples, not cool at all!

Candee the Office manager is the best she went above and behon to get me a desk that they did not have in store and i wanted to have right a way she called 4 different locations and they did not have it she did not give up even thought she need to help other customers. Finally she told me what location had it was put it on hold for me she deserves a raise!

Was frustrated at two things: 1. They allow individuals to smoke right next to their entrance & 2. Questioned an employee about a certain item who informed me that they do not have it, I walked around store and saw what I was looking for. Thank you.

Takes forever to get through by phone. I have several hundred photocopies to make so I called to get an idea how much theyll cost. Hung up after 8 1/2 minutes. What an embarrassment! I hope their management reads this.

Rude staff, dont expect them to have anything youd find on their website, prices many times higher than website and wont match em, go to Elk Grove location youll be better off

Clean, Easy to Navigate, shelves are stocked. Nice clearance section. All Staples stores in Sacramento have the same layout which is much appreciated!
