Epson didnt know what to do with the "dead" 2200 printer other than refer us to Fadi. That was the best advice we could get. Fadi took the 2200 on a Saturday morning, did a cleaning, replaced the waste pads and reset the life-chip and the printer was done! Saved a second trip and 125 miles of driving to pick it up. Later, when I had a question about some other printers, he knew the ins and outs of that printer and saved me time and $$ telling about their incompatibility with the system they were destined to. They went back to the donor and we got what we needed! Fadi is friendly and knows his stuff! I recommend him to others who need their printers repaired!
