I cant believe union station has its own rating on here. Between savealot, dollar tree, an extremely suspect dive bar, a pawn shop, rentacenter, I see no reason to step foot here except of course MAINE HARDWARE. Maine hardware is still the best hardware store in the state. It is local and filled with licensed tradesmen of all areas to assist you with any project. Because of Maine hardware, union station can have two stars. Stay away unless you are looking for drugs or Maine hardware.

Was and fold in the plaza washes and folds your laundry for $1/lb. Either pick it up or pay $3 to have it delivered to you! Customer Service is great! Very friendly! If you go tell them Cassandra Cummings referred you and get a discount!! Try it love it been doing it for 8mos.

Access and parking are Hut and miss. Often Maine Hardware carries things the box hardware stores do not, like spare parts for odd equipment. Buckdancers Choice is very easy to shop for guitars, yukes, and related instruments.

Handy little plaza in Portland Maine.... Maine Hardware which has very helpful staff. Save A lot grocery store...speaks for itself. Dollar store where everything is a dollar. Plus a thrift shop ! One stop shopping.
