The Libert Tree Mall of Danvers is bound to be forever in the shadow of its high end neighbor the North Shore Mall...Liberty Tree, a discount mall, definitely pales in comparison. Long ago in the malls past it was more of an actual contender with plenty of stores geared to the average middle class shopper, i.e. Anne&Hope, Lechmere, Bed Bath &Beyond, Filenes Basement, Tellos, Deb, Wet Seal, etc. which have all since vacated the premises. Also many of the more popular Food Court occupants have left over time leaving some pretty slim pickings in their wake. Dunkin Donuts, Reginas Pizza, & of course MacDonalds, are all thats left in terms of the more typical fare choices people still enjoy. Within the mall itself you can find a Panera Bread & a Buffalo Wild Wings, the latter however is the receipiant of many lack-luster reviews (you can check out their reviews right here on Google as well). Unfortunately many of the more popular stores have long ago bailed, finding the competition of the renovated North Shore Mall a battle for mall goers they could never win. The mall having a mortgage to pay has since filled those vacancies with low-end retailers & discount stores like 5 and Below & Dollar Tree, etc. most of which are kind of "Here today, Gone tomorrow" types of places. The more independent anchor stores that occupy the malls perimeters are what keep people visiting, e.g. Kohls, Marshalls, Old Navy, Target, Best Buy, and the AMC movie theater among a few others; and of course the Danvers DMV which is also located within the mall. Liberty Tree is sometimes locally referred to as "The Poor Mans Mall".

Love coming here, stores are very convenient and food is reasonably priced depending on what youre looking for. You can find most things you need due to the stores that are in the mall. Food around the mall, which is not located within are pretty good. Just beware of traffic and make note of peak times especially during the holidays like Black Friday and Christmas. During those times I would highly recommend shopping online and taking advantage of those online sales. Parking is awful and leaving is terrible during holidays. But, for the most part parking is good, everything is easily found and food is good.

So sad how they ruined this mall, they took out the tree and little ponds and killed all the charm. They need to make this mall a family mall again, kids shops, restaurants, play areas, maybe even a doctors office and a daycare center. they should make a chuckie cheese or bonkers an anchor store. Bring back the play areas and a few kiddie rides. Make it entirely different from the North shore mall up the street. Almost like an indoor carnival but with stores instead of games.

A Simon Mall, it appears to be on its last legs with more storefronts boarded up than still in business. We stopped there because they had a movie theater and wanted to see Sully (along with only 4 other people in the theater). We were a little early so my wife was able to get a pedicure, but after the movie there was no reason to spend any time at the mall. They do have a Panera Bread and a Buffalo Wild Wings, but we were between meals.

The stereotypical mall part is small and has a few name brand stores inside, but its mostly a mall in the sense of having many stores open from the outside connected to make a large structure. It does have a Target, Best Buy, Old Navy, Panera, and Buffalo Wild Wings, among other things. It is definitely a lower to middle class mall, but if youre looking for a stereotypical mall, Northshore Mall is not even 10 minutes down the street.

This feels like a second rate mall. Simon who manages it also manages the North Shore Mall and it seems like they want to keep Liberty Tree an ugly step child. A few chains (Buffalo Wild Wings, Panera, AMC, Marshalls) are all youve really got. Beyond the core of the mall things get more interesting with Kohls, Nordstrom Rack, and Target. But this mall should be so much better.

I enjoy going to Liberty Tree Mall especially because of their AMC Movie Theater. However, their store selection is verybgood for those looking for cheaper options, since they dont have the most upscale stores like the other mall close by. Their food court is not very big, but with pizza, subs and even chinese food, you will find something that you like.

I did shopping at Totally Wine super store which now occupies the former Sports Authority space. You could spend days here looking at all different and unique brands of wine, beer and spirits. The staff is great and prices are excellent. Due to size of store, its not a quick in and out. If you take your time, you can do some serious shopping.

This mall is weird. It cant decide if it is an upscale cool mall, or a dumpy mall. Every few feet it changes. The food court looks outdated, and it has a family service center in the mall. Yet it has a fancy movie theater and the middle of the mall looks classy. It is so weird to look at. Worth going if you like to make fun of bad business models.

I live locally, and while this mall is alright, if you want a better shopping selection I would recommend the North Shore Mall. If youre looking for a movie, this is definitely where this mall steps up. (It also has the closest Buffalo Wild Wings and Im DOWN for their spicy garlic sauce

This mall is rather quiet, not as big as the Northshore mall nearby in Peabody. It has the AMC theatre, which is nice, and just added Total Wine & More. They removed the RMV a while ago, which was disappointing. The food court isnt the best if your looking for more of a selection.

Simon should keep the anchor stores, and demolish the hallway sections to create a beautiful outdoor plaza. Theyre going to lose a lot of money with the multiple vacancies in the mall, because no small stores want to pay the expensive rent – the place is a ghost town.

A nice little mall. I mostly just go there for the movie theatre, but occasionally Ill buy art supplies at ACmoore. There is a target also which is nice. Ive been going to that mall for my whole life and it still looks the same like Simon just gave up on it.

Good mall - good selection of stores. Usually clean and well maintained. It does seem like theres a high turnover for stores. Not many stores seem to stay here for long (except the bigger retailers - Kohls, AMC theaters, Best Buy, etc.)

Its a pretty weak mall. The major stores are all accessible from the outside and most of the stuff inside either cycles out pretty often or just is overprice stuff. The movie theater is the best part. Large sections of it are closed.

The variety of stores is good as are the food options, including Buffalo Wild Wings. Plus, there is an AMC Theater with 20 screens to further your entertainment, which is why I frequent this place more than the nearby North Shore Mall.

A limited selection of stores and its proximity to a much larger mall lead to it being partially obsolete. Its main attraction is really the movie theater these days, as well as a wider array of stores dotting the outside of the mall.
