Very unfriendly staff was very displeased stop to get something to drink and she stated were closed when it was 1035 pm there open until 1 am according to website and the signs on there doors when I asked why they closed early she told me they always close at this time. So sat and waited and she let a couple of ppl in but told everyone else they were closed idk what was going on but was very rude in her tone and actions that evening.

Im sorry but it was one of the worst experiences in any super mkt checker number 5 a young man kept going back into the isles and checking prices for a mexican lady in front of me 15 min waiting in line is to much 4 this 66 yr old man with knee replacements. The young man early 20,s was obiviously did not have the experience im sorry but i will not be back to 5th ave safeway

The customer service is remarkable. They could hire more good people to work for this store. The pharmacy is my pharmacy for a reason. The reason is on time delivery of my medicines. The store and bathrooms are very clean. The produce is fresh. The florist has some fragrant, beautiful arrangements The prices could always be lower. Additionally, they have free WiFi.

Very friendly staff. Meat department needs to be better at getting meats that need to go in the garbage out of the stock, but for the most part, if you check what you get first, you can usually find great quality. Prices at Safeway are outrageous of course, but since they are close; thanks for being so friendly.

Erica in customer service does not like to provide good customer service let alone provide it with a smile. Heaven forbid she have to call another store for a customer to find a product , every time I deal with her shes always rude & never smiles.

Safeway is notorious for never having enough checkers. I like the store as far as cleanliness, stock etc. But, I feel sorry for the clerks that, though always friendly, are always short-staffed & overworked. They never complain though.

I went to different Safeway and spent an hour in each waiting for them to find a key to unlock a rug doctor (carpet cleaner machine). Both of the didnt find them! This Safeway and the one on Mead. They need better organization.

the worst experience ive ever had at this safeway. there was not enough cashier clerks and no one working in the floral department. prices were also outrageous and the pay lines were ridiculously long! very unsatisfied

I have worked in the store in the past and their shelves are dirty behind and under products. Have found many outdated items. Bathroom is usually gross. I only go there for my mother and wont listen and not shop there.

Always long lines only one or 2 cashiers and nobody at customer service most of the time. Also forget it if you you want something thats locked up like alcohol noone will show up

Dont park bicycles here, mine was almost stolen, they tried to cut the cable lock and stole my rear light and phone mount in broad daylight next to busy street.

One checker at 6pm with a line that went all the way to Starbucks Coffee I left the store and went to Albertsons where they had four Checkers and no line

This isnt a supermarket like the Safeway of old. They carry primarily store brand and cater to convenience and comfort food. Prices seem to be higher.

I only Safeway for their Pharmacy and their Pharmacy sucks the pharmacy staff is slow and it takes him forever while theres a line of 10 or more people

Each visit is a hit or miss. The cashiers are nice. If you are buying meat, Id suggest going somewhere else, as safeways prices are on the high side.
