Lets pretend for a moment you are looking to get a newer car financed. I want you to imagine the absolute worst case scenario that could happen to you as far as auto dealer fraud, customer service, and mechanic work. Imagine a truly jaw dropping situation where you are SEROUSLY taken advantage of and ripped off by professional CONS, owing thousands of dollars on a brand new used car loan for a car that is nearly mechanically useless. Imagine that in your mind. Now take that mental image and understand that it truly pales in comparison to a series of events and occurrences ACTUALLY happened to me in my dealings with Road Runner. Dont be fooled by the nice cars on their lot... For YOUR sake and sanity, go somewhere else. Go anywhere else. I loathe even the smell of the GM air fresheners these people put in their used cars, thats how horrible my experience was with them. What was once merely a mildly bad smell to me (the air fresheners) has now become a disgusting stench in my nostrils that sickens me. You have permission to laugh at that, but its true. That is all I have to say, thanks.

Id recently been communicating with a Road Runner Auto Sales representative for several days about a vehicle, so I decided to drive nearly 80 miles to determine if I would purchase it. I checked it out, and as I was seriously considering an offer to purchase, I was told that they had made a "mistake" on the price. It was no longer being offered at $9,895 but instead the price was now $11,995!!! Note, that I had been specifically told that the price might go lower, but would not go higher. It had even been listed online at $9,895 but at least it clearly stated that it was a salvage title. Later the title status was advertised as "clean". It was a waste of my time and a 160 mile round trip. Its not overly surprising that a used car dealer might have some questionable ethics, but that was beyond absurd.

Purchased a vehicle at this location. I also bought insurance. When I tried to buy new tabs for my vehicle secretary of state told me the insurance that I had purchased through roadrunner was only good for my vehicle. I called roadrunner 4 separate times and spoke to Zach was nice at first and stated he didnt believe they didnt accept the insurance. He also stated that he would call them and call me back when he figured out what was going on. I did not receive a call back, I had to call them back after two days of and he was EXTREMELY RUDE.

They sold me a flood damage car without telling me any problem would happen. They promised me send my plate one week , but it took me one month to have it .As long as you pay ,They dont give you a damn anymore . I changed my battery , my tie , my fire starter and my engine in few monthes . Repairing the car cost me SIX thousand dollars. It driven me crazy. When they selling , they picture the car as the best car in the world. DO NOT Believe a single word form them . NEVER buy a car in this place.

We bought the first car for my son last August from Road Runner Auto Sales, we were very pleased with the car, the Price and the Service. So we dicided to stop by last week to see another car for the wife. We found a beautiful 2015 Camry that has only 13K Miles. The deal was too good to pass and wait, I decided to buy it. So far Road Runner Auto Sales has been great place to buy our cars. I will recomend it to family and freinds. Thank you Omar and the rest of the crew over there.

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion last October 2013. I got a really good deal, I live in Midland so they sent pitchers to me of the car before it was fixed so I could see what the damages were. I went down to Wayne to look at it and drove it home that same day . I highly recommend this dealer to everybody. When I am ready to get another car I will be back. Thank you Road Runner staff for a awesome auto purchase, love the car :)

0 stars. Gave me a new 2015 Nissan Sentra for a couple thousand under blue book price with a clean title, clean car fax. Turns out the car was in a severe front end collision not reported. Told them about it and Ali said he would look into it. Never called me back. Drove off the lot with a flat tire that turns out to be a slow rim leak. These guys are scam artist stay far far away!

We just picked up our Ford Escape 2011 at Road Runner. We received excellent service, and we love our car. They made sure we knew it was a salvaged title, and it was received at an auction. Great bang for the buck, as they fixed the car up magnificently. They even gave us enough gas to get back to the Lansing area. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good used car.

I purchased a 2007 Nissan Murano. Ali helped me, one of the most honest, down to earth guys Ive met. He was very helpful and worked with me on my price range. I am very happy I decided to come here. Ive purchased cars before and never was this satisified. They have a wide variety of cars and trucks go in and ask for Ali at their Wayne location.

I first visited Road Runner in 2015. I purchased a fair price vehicle. The salesperson Ali/manager and Zac was very helpful. On my last visit, my sales agent Joe was very helpful in securing the vehicle that I wanted. Im driving away with another nice vehicle and would recommend Road Runner Auto Sales in the future.

The best customer service. Ali, Omar, And Zack are very professional. They helped me find the perfect car for my wife and I. My son is turning 16 and now I know who to deal with. This is by far my the best dealership!! I cant find my self going anywhere else. I also noticed, their phones do not stop ringing.
