So we have had a car for a week and 2 days and its falling apart already my husband almost crashed Because the back tire is falling off. The told us it was inspected it was a lie because we even had it a week the thermostat housing sprung a leak. They are refusing to call us back because we owe Nick Gray 155 dollars for insurance he offered to pay. And knowing my husband check was only going to be 299.00 wanted us to pay the 155 and the 250 down payment on the same day. He said his GM would not even talk to us till we give him his money. But we had already told him we wouldnt have that till Next Week. But he is screwed us over big time with this truck we got. And him and his GM are OK with it because we owe him 155 dollar_ for insurance that we didnt want him to pay we said we would come back when we got insurance and he said I will just pay it you can pay me back. And I think thats only because he knew the truck had not been inspected and he knew it would break on us. So I guess we both fall on our ends of the contract. Do not buy for them you will be stuck with no car and be stuck paying for it

Their cars are ALL overpriced by thousands before any tax or interest. They talk bad about their other location in Oregon like they dont share the same name ...they think they can bully u into buying something u dont want without a test drive especially if youre a female & they never want to tell u the price of the vehicle they wasted my time. Wish I could give zero stars

The guy at Citywide for really nice until I bought the car now they act like they dont even know me theyre not fixing any of the things they said they would be fixing on my car all the way down to a screw in the visor couldnt even put a screw in a visor clip for me now they act like they dont know me before I signed their papers I was their best friend

BRANDON was awesome. Due to some health issues he did a lot of work over the phone and had everything ready when I got to the lot. HOWEVER the office building needs to be more handicapped friendly, a ramp on one side of the steps would be a great improvement.

Worst place ever . Spray paint floor mats right in between houses . And stand all over my yard
