My good buddy Ive known for 17 years bought a 2011 Chevy equinox from these guys the engine blew up after only two months a few hundred miles over warranty they wont work with him or cut him a deal or anything want 4 thousand to fix the blown engine are very rude to him and are making it seem his fault while no one can predict how long an engine will last I think its extremely crappy for Dave whites auto credit to leave my buddy screwed like this a hard working father of 4 kids needs reliable transportation to get around in this world if they really cared about their customers they would work with him a little at least on the repair something but wont do anything what if this happened to you I bet you wouldnt be very happy my advice is look elsewhere for a car in case something happens you wont be screwed like my good friend stay away from these guys please dont give them your business go to a car lot who takes care of their customers so you wont be screwed like my friend spread the word about this place too tell everyone you know shop elsewhere

Christina was our sales person today. I HIGHLY recommend her. This place period. Me and my boyfriend are not from Ohio and was skeptical about going places where we wasnt familiar with. First off after texting her the night before he called her to get a pre approval if possible over the phone. After he was pre approved she offered to come get us to bring us to the dealership! (Thats definitely going way beyond customer service) She got us in the car he was looking to buy and for a reasonable price. The insurance he got a quote for was super expensive and she found us a way cheaper quote for 200 dollars cheaper. Shes phenomenal. Great personality and trustworthy which is a major key! The manager and other coworkers seemed to care about us and not just getting us a car to just take our money! There cars are very nice. I highly recommend Christina and Dave White Auto Credit!!

Had an amazing experience. They worked with me to getting me into a new vehicle after my vans transmission went out unexpectedly. My sales person Crystal Hall was amazing and got me in a vehicle that fits my personality perfect! I could not be more satisfied with the service that I was given. Everyone that I spoke with was very professional and friendly. Chris made the financing a breeze and got me with something that I could afford. Chris Weirich and the team over at Dave White are phenomenal. We came in to buy a car today and they were just the best. Im 26 years old with horrible credit. When I say horrible, I mean Ive never met anyone with a credit score lower. Big Chris and Little Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to get me in not only a good car but the car i really wanted. They worked with on literally every aspect of the deal. Dont buy cars from here. Had a car for 2 months and the engine went out. Going to cost me 4k to fix it and they wont do anything to help. Warranty is garbage. They do everything to get out of it.
