MY MOTHER ANGELA JOHNSON PURCHASED A 2007 CHRYSLER 300C NOT EVEN A MONTH AGO AND WE ARR HAVING PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEM THE CAR STALLS CUTS BACK AND JUST LAST NIGHT NOVEMBER 1ST 2016 THE CAR RADIATOR BUSTED AND THE CAR BROKE DOWN KEEP IN MIND AFTER INTREST AND ALL THE CAR WAS WELL OVER PRICED AND THEY CLAIM ITS BECAUSE THEY HAVE SUCH A GOOD WARANTY AND ALL THEY CARS GO THROUGH INSPECTION AT THIS POINT I BELIEVE THEY DONT INSPECT OR CHECK NOTHING JUST PUT THE CAR ON THE LOT WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THE CAR FIX AND GETTING A CAR TO USE WHILE MINES GET REPAIRED YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH WAY TOO MUCH HOW DO THESE PEOPLE EXPECT FOR CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR CARS THATS BREAKS DOWN AND WE DONT HAVE NO WAYY TO WORK!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD

I would have given them more stars just for helping people who couldnt get a car through a traditional dealership......but I didnt appreciate the Office Manager (from another store) calling me and telling she has to get 10 cars sold while at this location. I am not a sales quota, I am a person. I also didnt like that they would have chosen the car for me instead of focusing on what I want not on what they were trying to sell.

Thumbs down. Us auto will rip you off. My car was worth way less than what they charged me. They also randomly rose my payments, and are not helpful when you need to talk about your payments. This experience has really taken a toll on me.

Not very professional, they run your credit report without your permission. If its buy here pay here dealer why do they need to. I went and brought my new car from somewhere else. Got what I wanted at a cheaper price
