I have bought several cars from Zoro and had great experiences each time. Good clean dependable cars, easy salesperson to talk with, no pressure. But common sense should play a big factor for anyone buying a used car that a dealer can only have limited information on, they buy cars from auctions or take them in on trade. Are you going to disclose everything about your (trade in) car when youre trying to get top dollar for it? Are you even qualified to comment on the condition of the motor, transmission etc? This dealership will be upfront and honest about everything they know about a used car that they may have only acquired a few days earlier. Im sure treating the dealer with as much consideration and respect that you expect him to give you will go a long way if/when you do have a problem. I personaly would not hesitate to do business with them again.

The owner Al is an untrustworthy swindler. My Mom recently tried to purchase a used 98 Volvo Wagon from him. She wanted to pay for the car after seeing that it was working and appeared to be what was advertised, but Al promised to make a few minor repairs and deliver the car to Atlanta. She gave him a $200 check to hold the car and cover the delivery to Atlanta from Athens. Everything seemed fine. Then Al failed to deliver the car... called my Mom and said that a check for $200 was not worth the delivery and trouble and was very rude on the phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! He promises the world but does not follow through with any of it.

Polite owner, car drove good, but when I asked if I could have a reputable local garage inspect it, he declined. He indicated concern that a compression test could damage the vehicle. I offered to make sure they didnt do a compression test, and he said, "No, Im not doing that. I know what comes next." I have never heard of a shop that wont let you have your mechanic look at the car. That pretty much guarantees he was attempting to sell a car with a known mechanical problem that he was unwilling to disclose. As there is no shortage of used car dealers in town, Id take my business elsewhere.

DONT TRUST HIM!!!! I purchased an Infiniti from him, good car but still with issues but heres the problem I referred countless of family members to him he never applies the referral bonuses I have never been treated so horribly as a customer! This came about four years later when the Infiniti completely shut down I leased a for Taurus from him and it was a lemon whenever I had a concern he hung up the phone in my face I was 1 payment late he repossessed my vehicle and didnt answer the phone afterwards he is very mean rude and heartless DONT TRUST ZORO AUTO SALES IN ATHENS AL ZORO IS A SNAKE

My husband and I purchased a vehicle on weekly payment from Al. The vehicle is getting between 18-20 mpg and is in excellent condition. We were never pressured to buy from him. Our last payment was just made and the car is STILL running real good. We will be returning to purchase another vehicle soon. Thank You Al !!!
