I have been in here and received poor service, they do look at you strangely if you dont go to the "fine jewelery" section of the store. Clearly, I go to the sterling silver section because thats what I can "afford" on this particular Sunday (6/25 /17) I walked in to exchange a chain and also have a bracelet cleaned. I was informed by the customer service lady that it is now $50 to have them professionally clean your item. They will polish it for free, but for scratches, it needs to be buffed, and sent to New York. Its almost easier to buy another bracelet. Anyway, ROBIN at the sterling silver side, could tell I was frustrated and helped me. She made me feel like I was important, cleaned my items behind the counter right in front of me, and made sure I was pleased. I probably wont go in there often, but when I do, I will only deal with Robin. Thats the reason for the 5 stars.

I am a long time customer of Tiffany & Co and wear their jewelry daily. I started buying jewelry from here and getting Tiffany & Co gifts at the age of 13; just to show my long time relationship with this company. While walking through this particular Tiffany & Co location, I saw a platter of cookies were set out for customers to take. There was one cookie left. Being a long time customer, I saw it okay to take the cookie. This is the funny part, and when I say "funny" I mean so blatantly rude that I may never shop at Tiffanys again. The woman behind the counter grabbed the platter as I was reaching for the cookie, snatched the platter away from me and put it behind the counter. Wearing Tiffany jewelry that day, I was completely appalled and utterly offended. I plan to not buy from this company for the forseeable future.

There is nothing worse than having to deal with the mediocre sell associate that I did. This fellow is not only mediocre, but he is constantly using derogatory manners. WTF? Is there a manager in this store location? And if so, is he/she allowing/encouraging this kind of service?. This fellow is definitely not a people person, the worse service in a jewelry store ever. I strongly suggest others to take your business somewhere else.

Safa is a dream of a sales woman! Ive made many purchases at Tiffany stores in California and never worked with the same person twice. When I met Safa at the Houston Tiffany and Co she was a delight and I now prefer to make my purchases through her. Shes patient and I appreciate the feeling of personal service I get when Im shopping with her help. Ask for Safa when you visit Tiffany next!

Less than impressive service, and I am not without reference nor expectation of performance. Perhaps if Tiffany & Co is struggling with quality of staff it maybe time to move on, the Galleria is no longer representative of the hallmark retail location it once was.

Started in 1837 and still around, that tells you all you need to know. One of the only high end American jewelry stores; with great staff that are knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sell. You can never go wrong with a Tiffany & Co. blue box.

I say okay because it really is priced for the name more than for the product. I couldnt afford to get a ring even I promised my first born to them. Personal problem? Yeah. But it certainly feels like youre a second rate customer if youre not wealthy.
