I had a watch battery changed here, 2 days later one of my secondary hands (Military Time) fell off into the face of my watch. Took it back, they fixed it, then another 2 days later the same thing happens. So i took it back again because the issue was created there, they asked what I bang my watch on? Then they fixed again, then 2 days later it happens again. They now say that my watch is old and they cannot fix it. Ive had this watch for over 5 years and paid over $400 for it. Its not a top of the line watch, but, it has sentimental value and i take great care of it. I will now be taking it to someone that knows what they are doing and that will take responsibility for their actions, they obviously do not do that at Dixon Jewelers.

We needed to reset a diamond for an engagement ring. While we purchased the setting elsewhere, the owner graciously and professionally reset the diamond for us at a reasonable rate. I bring all my jewelry and watches here for repairs and battery replacement! Theyre trustworthy, straightforward, and do great work. No heavy sales push, just professional service.

I just left Dixon Jewelers. Wow, Im very impressed. I needed my wedding rings sized and soldered. They said it would be ready next day at a very resonable price. They called me in 2 hours and it was ready and perfectly sized and soldered. What an easy, no hassle experience. Thank you Dixon Jewelers. I will be back and will recommend you to anyone.

Very knowledgeable. Recently Dixon repaired an antique ring with over 17 diamonds. It came out perfect! They are awesome! Highly recommended! I have also purchased jewelry from them and had several watches repaired there. I will not go anywhere else!
