Dont come to this jewelry store to buy anything, when i went, i bought a piece of merchandise for a really high price that the woman gave out and when i want to sell it back to her later on in the future, i only get 40% of my money back, instead of a full refund that we are suppose to get back. The owners && their son are also very rude and disrespectful, they dont know how to treat their customers with respect.

Avoid this place at all cost! I bought a ring for myself that was marked 18k gold for almost $65 per gram! I checked the quality of the gold weeks later and it is actually 14k gold. I went back over there and they were moving! I am disputing this with my credit card company . I just want to give you guys a heads up! This guys are thieves!!!

I recently was a first time customer at Kim Chau Jewelers and was cheated by this business. I took an old gold coin in to have a besel made so I could hang it on a chain. They polished over 3 grams of 24k gold off the coin, made a poor quality besel and mounted the coin upside down. I will never do business with these people again.

Some of the staff is nice and helpful (lady and younger guy). Older guy is both unfriendly and dishonest.
