My boyfriend and Is favorite dessert place! Everything weve tried is delicious and well made and the staff and owners are so kind and inviting! Its a fun ambiance often filled with groups of friends playing card games together or gaming together on their laptops using the free wifi. Theres even an area towards the back with sofas and a whole shelf filled with different games to play. The best way to describe the Asian ice treats is like if fluffy light snow cones made a baby with gelato haha its very light but so sastifying and my favorite topping is the little mochi balls and it pairs amazingly with sweetened condensed milk on top of honeydew ice so good! All of their teas are so good too I love the mango green tea! They have a little reward punch card and I have no problem filling it up quickly and then getting to redeem a free ice with one topping! Definitely a place worth giving a try! I promise youll want to come back again and get that card hole punched :)

Had to try this place after trying Taiwanese Icecream in Houston and Austin. Right away I noticed the vanilla here had more ice (was crunchier) than what Id had at all the other places Id been. The ice cream melted as soon as it was your mouth elsewhere, but could be chewed here. An interesting item was the tapioca pearls I added to mine, they were served hot with a gooey sauce, which was something I hadnt had anywhere else and was pretty good. A fun item for kids was the color changing spoons. The flavors offered were a bit limited, but still covered a decent range. Toppings here as well were on the limited side compared to other places, and prices and serving sizes were about average or slightly more here than other places. Seeing as how this is the only Taiwanese Ice place I know of in San Antonio, I gave 4 out of 5 stars, but I felt it could be a bit better and fell a little short of my expectations.

In the beginning 5 months of 2016, I traveled all over Asia and tried all kinds of desserts. One of my favorites was definitely snow ice. So when I returned, I thought I had to go to Houston or Austin to get this dessert. And Ive had snow ice places from both cities and neither of them compare to the snow ice I had while abroad. I was at Snopioca during opening day and I was expecting it to just be similar to the Austin and Houston places, however, it was so much better. I tried the honey dew and the mango snow ice and both were extremely flavorful and tasted like actual fruit and not like artificial sugar. Props to Snopioca for being the first to bring snow ice to San Antonio! If you want an accurate taste of snow ice in Asia, Snowpioca is not far from the real thing and the closest you can get in Texas.

Throw in some Asian zing to a light and subtly sweet dessert and you have a perf mix up! Another great addition to the growing local diversity of dessert joints in San Antonio. Thinly shaved ice with all sorts of flavors and then choose your toppings and sauce. I got the taro flavored shaved ice with red bean and tapioca toppings. I also got to taste the mango shaved ice with chamoy sauce. It was gooooooot and love the toppings. Its a cute place decorated with cartoons and they also promote local artists and their drawings. They have many drinks to choose from like shakes and smoothies all with tapioca options. If youre looking for not so overly sweet dessert and a twist to your normal shake and smoothie, I would definitely try this place.

Only been here twice but liked my experiences both times. First time I went alone and got my first Boba. I realize now its like the milk teas Ive had at Starbucks only with the tapioca balls inside. My 2nd visit was with a friend from China. We got shaved ice and for the price it was delicious and very good. The type of shaved ice they sell is more like a shaved frozen milk than actual ice. I really liked the texture and flavor with the added toppings like chocolate syrup and fruit. It was like nothing Ive had before.

Nice little place to come and have some of their shaved ice or various teas and drinks. The shaved ice is very different from anywhere else you go. It is very thin and light but super flavorful. The regular size is pretty big too! The service was pretty quick and staff was friendly. They have regular tables, a bar table, and a little lounge area. Free WiFi is provided. Prices are a bit higher than regular shaved ice places but on par with most froyo places..

This place is awesome! Shaved sno is light and airy. I ordered Taro flavor and it is a light purple color and the flavor is similar to a waffle cone. It is really delicious. The service is excellent too. Not like any ordinary ice cream shop whicn is a plus. No other place in town like this one. If you are looking for something different and out of the ordinary, this is the place to be.

A different spin on summer time favorites. Flakey appearing ice is definitely a new one for me. I enjoyed mine, strawberry tango shaved ice, but less so my wifes smoothie. Her smoothie tasted ok but I felt I wanted a better experience. My wife loved the light bulb container and their spoons are better than Bahama bucks with its temperture color changing ability though.

Not impressed with the selection. Iced coffee was very watery and not good at all. I had a honeydew shaved iced and it was OK, but seemed extremely overpriced for what it was. Normally I like Asian desserts and bubble tea and things like that, but I wouldnt go back to this place.

Yummy goodness! My teen has been wanting to come here to see if its a good place to bring her friends. She liked it & so did her little brother (I did too). So glad we finally came and tried it. Cant wait to come back to try the lunch food. :-)

The regular size is bigger than you would think. The ice is very light and fluffy and Very different from traditional shaved ice. The strawberry flavor has a light flavor, not powerful. The milk flavor tastes just like ice cream.

Really gross. Had taiwanese shaved milk in San Diego at Iceskimo and it is my favorite. I had high expectations for this place, thinking it was the same. Doesnt even compare, honestly couldnt even finish mine.

Nice place to hangout and study. There was a flavor to the milk teas that was a little weird. I dont come for the bubble tea anymore due to it being more expensive then other places. The shaved snow is great.

Great place to visit if in town, great service and cool stuff on the walls. Only complaint was my drink was sour like spoiled milk. They replaced my drink with a fresh one but I wont forget that sour taste.
