Every time I go to this Sonic it takes longer and longer to get my food. They seem understaffed. Usually there are only three, maybe four, people working...which is why it takes so long to get the food/ice cream. Even if there are only one or two other cars in the parking lot it takes over 10-15 minutes. If there are over 5 cars, youre going to be waiting at least 20 minutes. If they hired more people this wouldnt be an issue. Beyond that, the food is typical drive-in/through fast food. The ice cream quality has been lacking as of late. Blasts/Master Blasts are not mixed thoroughly so you have a lot of candy on top and nothing but just ice cream from about halfway down. If youre looking for a quick burger, there is a Wendys, McDonalds or Burger King nearby. If youre looking for ice cream, there are several places not too far away for great ice cream. If youre looking for cheddar peppers, or mozzarella sticks, then stop in. Theres no where else nearby to get those.

I had a coupon that offered one free cream pie shake with the purchase of a cream pie shake. The coupon did not list a specific time of the day that the coupon is valid. I went through the drive through lane at 7:30 pm and was very curtly told that the coupon could only be used after 8:00 pm. I came back at 8:30pm and "manager" Vicky would not accept the coupon. She said that the coupon was only good before 8:00 pm because after 8:00 pm, all shakes are half price. I tried to explain that I would have been glad to have been served the 1st time that I went there today but one of employees refused to take the coupon and told me to come back after 8:00 pm to receive the buy one get one free drink. Another employee tried to help (Taniesha) and I must say she was very kind. However, the bottom line is that they would not honor the coupon. We are only talking about a few dollars but it is the principal. They just dont need my business and I wont be wasting my time there again.

My family and I love Sonic! This location is closest to us right now and weve been several times. While theyre not always perfect with everything, the food is always yummy, and tonight they were great to me! I felt really bad for causing a line build-up behind me, I dont usually do that at all. But this time I didnt order something correctly for my husband and didnt realize it until after they had my order ready...the fella at the window was still very nice & polite and had the others start to redo it for me. After I received my food, I pulled forward out of the way to check it. Just as I was realizing that I was missing a small tot, there was a female employee at my window wanting to make sure I had everything. So I told her about the missing tot & she quickly went inside to retrieve it for me. They were very nice and helpful & I apologize to everyone once again for messing up the drive thru flow!

I love sonic and I never had a problem till today. I ordered our meals and when the food came someone had bitten a part of my sisters burger who shes 11 years old. They ate part of the Patty, bun and tomato. I couldnt believe it because I wasnt even rude to the guy taking my order. I was more shocked that the manager said no one bit it and that he trusted his employees. First off he came up with an attitude already and keep fighting with me for about 10 min on how it wasnt a bit. He agreed that it did look like a bit but that he trust that no one did it. He never even asked how can I fixed the situation or anything at one point I said listen Im not here to argue I just want a fresh burger done for my sister whos burger it was from the beginning. This skinny blond hair colored eye manager is horrible. Last time Ill ever go there. I never complain but this was absolutely disturbing.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. After waiting 20 minutes to order 4 $5 boom boxes (they act like theres a communication issue) they did not make one box nor drink right (even though its all right on the receipt). The lazy manager walks out after 10 minutes of waiting for him and rudely askes what they messed up then brings me burgers (that where post to be plain and dry) with the ketchup and mustard half ass scraped off. Will never go tp this sonic again. Cant wait till they tear it down. They werent even that busy, maybe only 7 or 8 cars.

Got my food fairly quickly after ordering a large chili cheese fries which was for myself, and a medium fry and a medium ice cream slush for my daughter. Never got a fork for my chili cheese fry and whomever was working filled the container with about a small fry order instead of large because it was only a 1/4 of what it should be filled.. Ive ordered this a few times from the same location and never been skimped on like that before. Stopped elsewhere to get a burger since I was left hungry. Not coming here anymore

This location was great at first, now seems to be struggling. Always a long wait for food. I once ordered a banana split through the drive through. As I drive up to the window I see the SAME EMPLOYEE that took our money, MAKING the banana split! Anyone that knows about food safe food handling knows this is unacceptable. You CANT handle money AND make food as well. I told her "you took my money and youre making my food as well?" She said it was common for drive through employees to do this. Im not buying it.

We can easily go to this Sonic which has a drive thru or another Sonic which does not. This Sonic is slower and NEVER adds the extra candies you request and pay for. Its OK for getting milkshakes and money. The food never seems hot when we get it. However, we always go to the drive thru, maybe the pull in spots receive better service.

Ive been here on several occasions the wait has steadily gotten worse and now they cant seem to get your order correct. Especially when you repeat your order several time and have it told back to you, it still gets messed up. Then when asked for a manager, all you get is excuses why they cant do their job. Not going here ever again

The person taking our order was rude and unprofessional. Said he couldnt hear... Kept calling my husband maam-we corrected him 3 times. If I could Id give them zero stars. We left and went to the sonic on Culbera and they also could hear but came out to our car to take our order. I gave them 5 stars.

The food taste like gasoline the service is terrible the order came out cold and the drinks were wrong when I ask for a refund the manager accuse me of eating half the food. The tater tots were not touched there was one bite of the burger that I spat back into the bag. DO NOT EAT HERE!
