Always the best products and customer service! I have been relying on Schakolad for all my Valentines, Birthday, or Anniversary gifts. Its always a great feeling to know you get what you pay for everytime. I will continue to recommend anyone that has not given Schakolad a try to do so. You will NOT be dissappointed. Oh my! As soon as you walk in, the smell is heavenly. The web site does not do this Chocolate Factory justice. Dont be in a hurry because there is soooo much to choose from. The taste is absolutely the best I have ever had. I felt the prices were very reasonable. The combinations you can make is unlimited. Havent tried the ice cream yet, but will the next visit. The store is super cute and smells soooo good - everything was perfectly decorated and beautiful. The employee was very attentive and very kind, even offering up samples before I asked! (Im guessing she was the owner:) I highly recommend visiting this place when youre in SA!!! Perfect place to fulfill your chocolate and even ice cream cravings!

Very pleasant staff and ambiance. Chocolate was mild, perhaps too much sugar? Missing the intense flavor that 70% and higher content offers. Beautiful presentation but only fudge met expectations-perhaps because that was creamy and soft.

You get smacked with the aroma of chocolate once you enter. The cake bake ice cream is delicious. I was very pleased with the variety of chocolates they have available. I only wish I lived closer.

This place has absolutely amazing dark chocolate treats, you must try the dark choco covered strawberries. The owner is very kind and always ready to assist!
