AWFUL. I understand people make mistakes but this is ridiculous. On 3/18 around 7:30 my boyfriend his son and I went to go get drinks. I ordered a small vanilla shake with a small fry, he ordered a small unsweetened tea and his son ordered a small cherry slush. It took quite awhile but they were busy so no big deal. In the amount of time we were waiting, two other orders had been messed up and those people were waiting longer than us. We finally get our order, but noticed they had given us medium instead of small. We questioned it, the carhops explained they mustve just messed up on the sizing. We offered to pay the difference but he said not to worry about it. Well when we were figuring out which drink was which, my boyfriend took a sip of each, come to find out they were both some sort of soda. We can pressed the button again and explained the issue. We were slightly irritated at this point but like I said in the beginning, mistakes happen. A few minutes pass and a woman comes out and apologizes, then brings us our drinks (the correct sizes-small.) Well my boyfriend gives his son the cherry slush (it is correct) and we start to drive away, foolishly assuming this time the order would be correct. Well as we start to pull out of the lot, my boyfriend takes a sip of his "unsweetened tea" only to be surprised by what tastes like old coffee water. We took the lid off and it was light in colour and even the smell was potent of old coffee. I am extremely disappointed. Not to mention my "vanilla shake" was just vanilla ice cream in a cup and my fries were completely old, cold and stale. I wouldnt be so upset if this didnt seem to happen every time Ive gone to the Santa Fe location. From here on out, Ill take my business elsewhere.

Terrible Service! We waited for 15 min after we pressed the service button we pressed it again. Then we ordered 3 CHOCOLATE Creme Pie Shakes and when we got them they were BANANA so we took them back to correct it, at that time we also added a Chocolate Shake to the order. So they ended up giving us a 2 Vanillas, 2 possible Chocolate shakes (i hope they were chocolate at least), well it tasted like they added just a little bit of chocolate to our previous shakes. So we called in, to either have them finally fix our order or to get a refund but the manager that dealt with our order the first time, Carrie answered and was rude and hung up on us twice before we could finish explaining our situation. She also stated, rudely, that if we were unhappy with what we ordered that we should have ordered "extra" chocolate to our shakes.

Horrible. My cheese burger was barely room temperature but this was minor in comparison to what I saw when I used their public ladies restroom at the rear of the building. The floor was covered with rat feces and food and no attempt had been made to clean the area. I thought I was going to pitch up everything I had just eaten. I wanted a refill on my water and was told by the server that they do not refill water, because they charge 27 cents per cup of water. I questioned this because no such charge was listed on their menu for water. I had already thrown out my receipt in the overflowing trash bin so I could not confirm the 27 cent charge. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was "too busy".

For the last 6 months our experiences get worse and worse. Im not sure if its pecific managers on duty or all of them as a whole. Our orders are incorrect and get sent back. The days they get it right you can tell the food had sat there for a long time (f youve ever worked in fast food, like I have, you know when your food is hours old) Stale food is the worst especially if youre paying almost 10 bucks for a burger! The new night manager is awful. Shes lazy and lets her workers be just a lazy. We will no longer eat at this location after recieving crappy food again! At least we tried and gave you guys a chance but the owner obviously doesnt keep close tabs with his customers.

I always enjoyed this place in the past, however this last visit extremely upset me i order over $35 of food it took about 7-8 mins and once it arrived the car hop refused to give us our food,he said he needed to validate the authenticity of th $100 bill first with his manager. I was so pissed off i went to the manager allowed her to scrutinize my money. Once she was satisfied i took my money back and told her to shove the order. I work hard for my money and deserved better treatment. All of this happened in front of childten it was a horrific experience.

The very worst fast food service Ive ever had. I waited more than 25 minutes and had to ask for my food. The car hop apologized for the delay and said someone had forgot it but totally didnt even bring everything I had paid for. After another 10 minute wait for the manager and I was ready to never return. The manager stated she wasnt even told I had asked to see her. Finally the manager came to see me and give me my refund receipt. I returned the cold food they gave me and Ill never return to this sonic again.

Kept ignoring my service every time i pressed the button. Also overheard someone say they needed a second and the rude person taking the order actually told the customer to think about it and call back. I though they were super rude and forgot all about customer service (most important thing) during there dinner rush. I would not go back here. They dont even have a drive thru. So your stuck waiting!!! Also our shakes sat inside for so long by the time they brought them out they were half melted.

Horrible service!! Horrible customer service! We pushed the button started to order, then heard nothing back, said hello twice, then got an extremely rude "God hold on!" in response. All she had to do was say hold on please, or hold on one second please, etc. She never said anything about getting off the speaker, just got back on and snapped at us. And these are the people who wonder why they dont get tips or votes o raise their pay.

The Access to and from this Sonic location is just awful and more often than not you can count on having to send back your order at least once. This location has been upgraded so that you can order by touch screen and pay for the order, However if you are Deaf or are visually impaired, youre still screwed until the carhop comes to you. The staff is very nice and cordial but just cant seem to get the orders right the first time.

Had to wait almost 30 minutes because they forgot to make my order then my food was disgusting, the tots were cold and my slushie was melted plus they lied about the special and charged me full price for a sale item, worst experience for sonic ever! the only saving grace was the nice carhop who tried to make excuses for his staff not doing their jobs if I could score negative I would -5 stars they lost my business indefinitely!
