I would never go to this place ever again. A girl insulted my sister and her girlfriend because they wanted to use coupons in the store and the girl said I hate when poor people come into this store and said that they pretty much didnt need ice cream any ways based on their size. Now they called the manger in the store and said that the girl would have "consequences" but they didnt really do anything at all. Im appalled by this service this girl should be FIRED! This is inexcusable behavior and shouldnt be tolerated

The manager insulted me by laughing at me over the phone when I brought up a complaint. She was very rude and she had no intention to resolve the problem. Me or any of my family will never go there again. Thank you for ruining my day.

You cant really elaborate much an franchise chains like this, this one just happens to be near the motorcycle mechanic I like to use. The people running it are cordial and the service is quick. Cold Stone does have good ice cream.
