Cold Stone Creamery is a very good place to get ice cream. There are options to add "mix-ins" to customize your ice cream further and you can also choose additional items like a dipped cone or shake. The quality of the ice cream is very good. The only downfall is the price. It is nearly $4 for a small container of ice cream with one mix-in, which only lasts for a few bites. If prices were lower or they offered more reasonable discounts/deals, then it would be worth a 4th star.

Came in at 9:38pm and was turned away for service??? In a rude disrespectful manner at that.... :/ while their store hours are listed to close at10pm. They had plenty of people inside aswell and turned down 4 more people right after me. I work in the service Industry and when some one comes in at 9:59 we seat them. Bummer

The ice cream here is legendary. Its a make your own ice cream kind of place (in the sense that theres different flavors of ice cream and you can choose multiple ones at a time.) If you live near, I would HIGHLY recommend going here. If I could, I would rate 10 stars. Probably more.

Im a sucker for ice cream and this is he places went to satiate my longing for it. It was very quiet later at night, and clean. The staff there were all bantering about and it gives the place a "we are all friends here" kind of vibe, which I like.

Store is closed at 9pm when their hours are clearly listed until 10pm. This has happened multiple times. Maybe change your hours if you have no intention of working until 10pm.

Friendly staff and great ice cream. Despite many other reviewers mentioning that this location closes early often, I have never had that issue and I usually go after 9:30pm.

THE BEST IN THE SPRINGS! This Cold Stone has the friendliest and most helpful staff and you cant find better ice cream anywhere. This is the only place I go for ice cream.

This location is very dirty, never seems to have a manager, and cant figure out how to use their online ordering system. So, dont order online; they wont have it.
