I typically go to the Sweet Cow on 32nd Ave, but decided to come here since it was closer to my house. The guy behind the counter asked what I wanted, which was a triple scoop sundae, and he made it incorrectly (Ive seen people here make a sundae dozens of times and he clearly had no idea how to make one). He also put the wrong toppings on the ice cream. This wouldnt have bothered me so much, but it felt like he was giving me an attitude for expecting him to fix my order. The deep sighs and body language that clearly expressed he was both displeased and impatient came across as very rude. I get that we all have bad days, but, buddy, you were the one who messed up my order, not me. The only saving grace was the female behind the register who recognized me from the other location and called me triple scoop since she always remembered thats what I order. I also noticed he dropped one of the scoops on the floor and put it in the water tub with all the other scoops that were being used. Im almost positive those ice cream scoopers were not in a bath with anything to disinfect them since theyre taken out for every customer order and dropped back in, so that was pretty disgusting and I hope I dont get sick. I used to frequent Sweet Cow every weekend. The last two times Ive gone Ive had bad experiences. I did used to love going here, but its gone downhill over the last few months and I wont be frequenting this ice cream shop anymore.

Cute and clean interior, friendly service, and delicious ice cream. I ordered the coffee flavor, which was wonderfully strong and yummy. Also ordered was their dutch fudge, which was very rich and delicious. Also had their sorbet, which was good as well. We ordered the pints, which were about 5, instead of the small cones, which are 3, so we could take home what we couldnt finish. Im an indecisive person, and the staff was happy to give us plenty of samples, even offering suggestions for us to try. Make sure to leave a tip, its a great staff.

By ear, this is indeed the best ice cream place in town, with its pretty turquoise painted walls and natural lighting promising in from the windows, making this welcoming dessert joint that much more captivating. Half of the menu is default, and the other half changes time to time. Surely great flavor selections made on site with real cream and sugar. What a fabulous experience at a fabulous spot with generous portions. When in Denver, outright the best tasting homemade ice cream to indulge when screaming for ice cream.

I was really disappointed in the service. The ice cream shop is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. There is no sign on the door that says no dogs. I brought my little toy poodle in the shop and they very rudely asked me to leave. They didnt offer a solution like you can leave her outside or pick her up or anything. I was with my young son and they acted like they rather not have our patronage so therefore they wont.

Everyone always talks about little man ice cream in Lohi or sweet action on broadway but for me sweet cow is my favorite ice cream in Colorado! Im enjoying this location because not everyone knows its here so the line doesnt get too long. My go to is a small cookie dough, but Ive tried pretty much everything cookies and cream is good too. Dont forget about these guys for ice cream cakes for birthdays. They are delicious!

Absolutely fabulous experience. The staff was super patient with my group of 6 including 3 children. Even helped avoid a melt down with the youngest by taking a cup and making it a cone with a smile. The flavors are great and original. Fabulous spot! Only opportunity would be more seating indoors.

My favorite ice cream in Denver! Homemade and delicious, you will not be disappointed! Theres a line out the door for a reason.. its so good, you wont mind waiting! And the girls that work there are so sweet. Make it even better knowing that I am giving my money to a business I fully support!

Good flavors...however, weve been going there for a year +. The gal working the register today, at Pearl Street, informed us after the purchase that they dont fill the quarts up to the top...and they raised the price...tim to move on...

Nice place to get great ice cream. Place is kind of small especially for the summer crowds. Staff is friendly but could do a bit better helping those who visit there for the first time or would like a recommendation.

Yum! Fantastic ice cream! Generous portions and the homemade ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip cookies was so good. Staff was very friendly and seems very popular with the local Pearl Street neighborhood.

Great, mildly interesting, ice cream. Friendly knowledgeable staff. My wife has celiac, and they knew the contents of their ice cream well enough to speak quickly and with confidence to help her pick something.

REALLY good ice cream, creative flavors.. Moojito Sorbet was refreshing, Baileys Irish Cream has real Baileys in it. The staff are super nice. Kudos to a local place that I enjoy visiting again and again.

Walked in at around 8pm and there was a line out the door. The ice cream was delicious, I tried both the strawberry and pralines and cream. Definitely a good place to cool off from this summer heat.
