The first time i came here i was very intimidated. Cakes are a hobby for me and most of what i know i learned from watching tv. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the women at the counter even carried my bags around the counter for me just to make things a little easier. They have different brands of fondant and a lot of premade colors which is great. And if they dont have the color you need they have every color dye you could need. The premade flowers are also fantastic. I needed over 60 flowers for my cake and i love that i dont have to make them all by hand. Tons of differnt cake toppers and tools too. The prices are good too. I had assumed that because it was a small store it would be more expensive than the chain craft stores but i was wrong. So for the same price you also get the added knowledge of people who actually know about cakes. All in all its a great store and i love all the options and the knowledge of the staff.

Everyone at this store was super friendly. This is the first time that I have ever made my own cake for anything. I got the attention I needed right away when i went into the store, they helped me find everything right away and gave me some useful tips for working with the frosting (which by the way is delicious). They even had pre-made edible flowers to make decorating fun and easy even for an amateur like me. Thank you Cake Crafts staff for helping me make my daughters Birthday cake awesome

The help here was above average. Christian music was playing is if that is something that bothers you, a head up. The amount of inventory is truly impressive. It did smell a bit like mildew Im guessing because it is an old building and the shop is in the basement. I was greeted before even waking in the door. I thought that was nice.

This place is pretty great for convenience purchases. The staff is super helpful and friendly! Prices are a little high, you can find almost anything that they sell here on Amazon for cheaper. Like I said, its great for the convenience of being able to just go grab something when you havent planned far enough ahead.

Always extremely helpful and friendly. There is always a huge selection (I always spend over budget haha). The owners treat you like family! They are also the ONLY place in the world (yes the WORLD) that sells the full line of the new TruColor natural colors that I have been SO excited about!!!

I wish these guys were closer! I would probably end up living there though. :) They are so helpful, and they have been more than willing to help me with any questions I have. They turned a nervous baker into a confident one. I would advise leaving little ones at home.

Great little hole-in-the-wall bakers and food crafters supply house. If you need it, they have it or can recommend where to get it. Busy little place, but friendly and helpful staff.
