If I could give 0 stars, I would. We decided to treat our kiddos to dessert tonight and we are so disappointed. The placed had a terrible smell- like rancid water sitting in a mop bucket. On top of that, the entire restaurant was DISGUISTING- Sticky floors, smeared yogurt on top of all tables, squished gummies in chairs, and the toppings counter was covered in the various items- and the place was nearly empty of people. Meanwhile, the girl behind the counter sat and played on her computer. The yogurt was decent, but only 4 machines were actually in working order. Ive watched many frozen yogurt places go out of business recently in lubbock and it wont be long before this place follows suit if management doesnt make some big changes. Theyve lost my business.

This place is wonderful if youre wanting a place that looks like where frozen yogurt dreams go to die. What once was a happy, bright and cheery environment is now the abanodoned cesspool of foul smelling dairy bi-product from hell. I dont know if the owners/managers just dont care anymore, or if its a money laundering scheme that is just there as a front. But, the disappointment lingers in the air almost as much as the smell oozing from the bathroom- which looks like a crime scene. The fact that a similar review was written two months ago, and that nothing has changed goes to show that this establishment has a certain "laid back" mentailty that will surely result in a new stran of salmonellaids.

Ive worked here and I can say without a doubt this is a horrible place to work , eat , or take anyone. The managers do not care if the store is clean nor if the customers are satisfied. I had told them multiple times of customers concerns and they constantly ignored them. It is run by negligent and incompetent owners. They have you perform manger duties at minimum wage pay and dont even pay you completely for the work you have performed. If there was a such thing as negative stars I would give them. Last but not least the FDA has come and this place has failed inspections every time its not safe or sanitary NEVER I REPEAT NEVER COME HERE !!

It became Terrible since they changed the management. The new managers are an Indian couples. I loved this place before. But now its just looks like a poor ice cream place in no where! Restroom was horrible! I wanted to throw up! I think they havent clean it for months! No soap! No toilet papers. They were out of most of the toppings, no napkins. No taster. Stop going there. Goodbye spoon full.

I went to this yogurt store because it was fairly close to campus. However, I will not be coming back. The place smelled awful, and they had no selection whatsoever. Half of the yogurt machines were sold out or out of order, and only a few toppings to choose from. However, they are cheap. If you want just plain Jane yogurt, this is probably fine but other than that I would t recommend.

Yogurt was good, but the place had an intoxicating smell of bad air fresheners with an undertone of something else... the selection of toppings could be better. They didnt have any chocolate sauce AT ALL, and no whipped cream either even though they say they do. Their machines also obviously have issues because theyre drippy and slow. I dont think Ill come back here.

The building has a godawful smell, all of the yogurt machines except for 3 were "out of order", more than half of the toppings were gone or covered up. Workers were not enthusiastic. Will not be returning. I went there when it was first opened and it was great. Now it smells like dead fish in a kitty litter box, and the floors and tables are very dirty.

If youre basic this is a great place for you. The yogurt I got was good, vanilla and strawberry. There are very few topping options, but it is fairly cheap. The place did have an awful smell. Like I said if youre basic you will love it. If you love toppings and many different flavors this isnt the place for you.

The yogurt was good! But the service was completely laughable. The entire time we were there all she did was ring us up and then she went and sat back down and put headphones on and didnt do anything about the fruits that were running low. The tables, and chairs were filthy. I will not be coming back.

The yogurt was average, the toppings were plentiful & fresh but bring a gas mask because the smell was horrendous!! It was a cross between stagnant mop water, fungus, and ass. Really unexpected given the hip environmemt. Nope. Ill stick to sheridans & red mango

My wife and i came in it smelt horrible like roten milk, we proceeded to get our frozen yogurt! Yogart was great! All the fruit toppings were fresh and had great topping choices! Great place but the smell was so bad we rated it low

I called to ask if they had any nutritional information on their yoghurt - whoever answered the phone gave me a very sarcastic and rude response... made me feel stupid. The staff clearly needs some customer service training.

The staff was nice enough, but it was trashy there. Literally, there was trash laying around, but also, nothing looked clean. I really dont understand how a building this new could look so bad on the inside.

We love their yogurt but when we went yesterday the tables were dirty. It wasnt busy at all. Plus we have a baby and they dont have high chairs. So I was a bit disappointed with Spoonfulls yesterday.
