I recently purchased a car from RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland, Fl and in all my years I have never experienced such a positive outcome with a vehicle purchase. My salesperson was James Wheeler, he was great...honest and extremely helpful. We explained what we wanted and the price range that we wanted and he helped us and was not pushy with the sales pitch which is what I liked the most. He cared about what we wanted, not his commission. I really appreciate all the help that he gave us, in my opinion he went beyond his duty to assist us in getting the best car in the best price. I also have to thank Bob Young, the business manager. He also went beyond his duty to assist us. We asked him for a certain price and he got it for us with more benefits than we expected. I am greatly grateful to James and Bob for all their help. I hope that they are still at the dealership in 5 years because I will certainly go back to trade my car or purchase another car at this dealership, they were honest and helpful which are 2 things that you dont experience too much with the way the economy is and all the sales people just wanting to sell. Thank you RC Mitsubishi for the great car and the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. Another wonderful experience with RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland, FL. After a year of having purchase my Mitsubishi Lancer, I needed another car for my daughter. After looking around for cars, I decided to email my buddy James Wheeler and let him know what I was looking for. On my email I stated the price range, the mileage, and told him the type of car I wanted. After several minutes, I received a call from James. Again, I explained what I wanted and of course he told me to that he had a couple of cars. I went to the dealership and to my surprising, James remembered me. Again, my experience with Mitsubishi was great. He found exactly what I was looking for and the price that I was looking for. He was very informative and did everything that he was able to do to get me the price range that I wanted. I have to also thank Bob, the manager, who did a great job in helping me with the financing to get the best deal possible. When it comes to explaining the experience that I had at R C Hill Mitsubishi, I run out of words. All I could say is "THANK YOU" to James for being the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. Im very appreciative for all his help. I will be sending friends and family to see James if they are ever in need of a new or used car at the best prices in Central Florida to RC Hill. James I will see you in 5 years or maybe sooner when I upgrade my car. I will never visit another dealer again.....Thank you for being the best sales rep and being so helpful.... :)

I went here after looking on AutoTrader for a G37 convertible. I was on my way back from Orlando to Jacksonville and stopped in as soon as the dealership opened. As soon as I saw and test drove the car, I knew I wasnt leaving without it. I definitely had a case of "shiny car syndrome". Well I met with Jeff the sales guy. I have nothing but positive things to say about him, he was great. My credit score is 670 and on paper I make 40K a year salary and have had a steady employment history for 6 years. Also my debt is zero so my debt to income ratio is non existent. Once we agreed to the initial terms of 28K total financed price after they took my trade and 2K down, they sent my app off to the bank. I was told that they had all of these relationships with different lenders and financing with my beacon score of 670 wouldnt be a problem. Well after 5 hours of back and forth with the banks, I was told I would need 7K down. This obviously was shocking news. My credit is good, my income is good, what the h$ll is going on? The sales manager said that he honestly didnt know why the banks were doing this. Still, I had "shiny car syndrome" and was taking my new-to-me G37 home with me no matter what. So I agreed to put 6K down and the deal was set. Side note: The sales manager was great. I cant remember his name So to finalize the deal I have to meet with the finance manager. I believe his name was Bob Young. Well in order to structure the deal so they could make their $1000s in profit, they FORCED me to sign up for a "platinum" 4yr/48k extended warranty for $2900 and GAP coverage for $750. I was told that this was the only way to structure the deal and if I didnt take it then "I wouldnt be driving him with their car today". So needless to say the finance guy was a complete a$$hole and I would have liked to tell him to shove it but unfortunatley my shiny new convertible was waiting for me. In conclusion, Sales guy Jeff was fantastic. The Sales manager also seemed straight forward. The finance manager was a fn a$$hole and really squeezed every dime out of me that he could. I manage a small business so I understand that our goal is to make a profit but I would never FORCE keyword FORCE our customers to buy an "optional" package package and then state "If you dont buy this extended warranty for 3K and GAP for an additional $750 then you dont get the car" P.S The car is fantastic. I love driving it. It has every bell and whistle available. So much fun to drive and I love the convertible in the FL weather!!!! Was it worth the 5 hours of hassle and torment and 6K down? Absolutely. However I would be leery of this dealership.

I wish that I could give this place not stars! First off we walk in and was not even greeted! Not even a "Hello, just a moment we will be right with you" but we got a "We are really busy wait right here" about 5 minutes later and then the salesmen walked away. We then stood there waiting about 10 minutes before the salesmen that we were pointed to talk to stopped texting on his phone. He then greeted us and we sat down. We told him exactly what we wanted and we gave him all our information and then he said that he was going to be back in about 10 minutes he had to help someone else and that he would be right back as soon as he could. He came back about 15 minutes later and told us that we are not qualified to get the truck that we were interested in and that we could go see what other trucks were available and see if we could get into those. He asked us to go walk around outside and look at the other trucks and he had to finish up and sale a car to someone else. We then walked outside to a truck that when we opened it up the smell of the truck almost knocked us down. Smelled like something had died in there. We walked back inside with another truck we had in mind about 10 minutes later to see if we can see inside the vehicle because it was locked. The salesmen could then not find the keys. Another associate had taken the keys and was waiting on someone else to show up and show then the truck. Needless to say, apparently the customers that call in on the phones are more important than the customers that are standing right in front of them. He then received the keys from he associate and we followed him outside. We looked at the vehicle and we were really interested in getting the vehicle. We walk back inside to talk numbers again and then he starts running our information though the bank. We made the salesmen aware that I had to be at work at 3pm when we arrived there at 1pm. It was almost 3pm and he advised that he was going to let us go so we could get to work and he would call us and let us know what happens. We left with a bad taste in our mouth from the whole process. Needless to say, we did not receive a call back AT ALL from that place! I drove by the next day and the truck that we were interested in is gone. If you are looking for a place with very poor customer service, then this place would be for you. They need better organization and their sales representatives need better people skills! Thank you for wasting that time in my life that we will never get back. I will never return to this place again and I will tell everyone how horrible this place is!
