Walked on to the lot and greeted with... actually thats the thing, I wasnt greeted. In fact I wasnt talked to at all by any of the staff. Even though they looked right at us we were offered no help. Inventory wasnt the greatest. Most of the cars seem to have needed work whether it be interior exterior or both. None of them seemed well maintained, most of them had low or flat tires. Only a few good cars and then overpriced cars really only fit for salvage. In fact, most of the cars I have seen on the lot months before, none of them have moved or have been touched. If theres anything I look for when I go to buy a car, its a cold, distant, unfriendly staff, extremely high prices for crap, horribly maintained cars, and a generally displeasing atmosphere. So thank you Richard Bell for providing the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Youre better off being ripped off by a bigger dealership than being burned by crap

First visit to this dealer and we left with a used Jeep. Got a great deal, and Charles even took us off-road on the test drive to check out the 4WD. We were impressed by the variety of vehicles and seemingly very reasonable prices. We were only looking for a Jeep, but there were a bunch of other types as well. Definately not a spit-and-polish (new) car dealer, but you pay for that overhead. It was a long drive for us but worth the trip, and if we are in the market for another used vehicle will go back. The Jeep is running great and made a 2-hr return trip with no problems whatsoever. Very friendly staff, and apparently a family business that has been around for 40 years.

Richard Bell Auto Sales was definitely mismanaged and employed a less than polite and helpful staff,this is Simply NOT the case anymore,there is a Whole New Staff and New Management,They Will Strive to put the Customer First and make sure that the Customer is Satisfied and treated with Respect,they understand it will take some time to get away from the bad taste that previous employees and management have left,with that being said Im sure that the negative reviews and bad experiences are Over,anyone who had a bad experience there should feel free to stop by or contact the New Management,Im certain they will have a much better experience.CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FIRST.

I bought a 2009 Nissan Maxima and the price was so great I couldnt pass up the opportunity. Of course it was very below the blue book price because of mileage and little minor things can be fixed . The car runs great even with all that needs to be done. But its in great condition. The staff are great. The moment you walk in you feel like your visiting friends or family. Very welcoming environment and very knowledgeable as well. This is the first dealer Ive provided a review for. Ive bought cars at new car dealers but never received the service I received here. I will definitely come back to buy another car. Thank you Ladies.

Anyone that is interested in purchasing a vehicle from here PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!! I purchased a 2001 Ford Taurus SE from here. The sales lady Margo assured me that the car was extremely reliable. Within 24 hours the car was inoperable. The entire steering system was destroyed (rack and pinion, p/s pump, steering hoses) they refused to buy vehicle back or fix the vehicle. I paid 3000 cash for a 500 dollar vehicle. Months later I still cant drive it. Anyone who values their hard earned dollars DO NOT!!! SHOP HERE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!! I wouldnt take another car from them if it was for free

I purchase a really nice Honda Civic a few weeks ago from this place. The staff was very friendly, the car is great and it was priced right and they didnt try to charge a dealer fee like other dealers i visited. The car is very clean, runs perfect and gets great fuel economy. They have a great selection and they are very friendly. I would definitely consider them again in the future and i have told several people about this little car lot. Oh and i really like there selection of classic cars.

I purchased a 2009 ZX10R from Richard Bell. The Bike needed a new Clutch. I couldnt even make it home the day I purchased it. I called them and informed them that the Bike needed a new clutch and they told me it was nothing they could do. I ended up paying for a new clutch out of my own money. Needless to say, I will NOT be referring anyone to them. I should have read Reviews before I Purchased motorcycle there. Never Again!!!! Thanks alot Richard Bell!!!!

Warning! Never Never buy motorcycle online from Richard Bell ;1849 S Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL 32720. I recently bought a Suzuki Dr 650 and to my surprise, the bike came without a orig key no even one. I cannot lock the neck of my bike. Any attempt to solve the problem prove futile. My advice is Never buy online from this Guy, He is not a nice person to do business with.

I never go back . They act like your bothering them. Nasty. You do the paperwork and they say will call u . The first time I had to call them after I waited 2 days. I got told oh we have not send your paper work in yet Ill call you by 2 pm. That was 4 months ago . Happy I did not wait and the truck I was looking at is still there . WASTE OF TIME

Lookout for there paper work!! I cosigned for a four wheeler too help someone improve there credit and I got the pay-mounts from GE Money and Richard Bell gave them a clear title and they were not even listed on the paper work for the loan! All I got from the transaction was the debt .

Nice people....shockingly good inventory that had a little bit of everything!! Most the cars looked decent (there were a couple beaters) but a wide variety of vehichles thats for sure!
