I could not be any more thankful for the remarkable service and experience I had with Huston GMC Service Department. My wife and I were traveling from South Florida to Central Florida and experienced engine trouble. We have our 2012 GMC Acadia SUV full of luggage and were nearly 60 miles from our destination at 3:30 PM on a Friday evening. We looked up the closest dealership on our iPhone (Huston GMC) and I called and spoke with Mike Hamric. I explained the situation and he could not have been more accommodating. He indicated he did not have a loaner currently available and was unsure if he would have the parts in stock to fix our issue, but recommended we stop in so the service tech could look at it and determine the problem. I arrived at nearly 1 hour before closing on a Friday and Mike jumped into action to get the vehicle inspected quickly so we were not stranded until Monday. The issue was diagnosed and the repair part (fuel rails sensor) was luckily in stock, so the repair could be completed the next morning. Mike was able to secure a SUV loaner (just what we needed given all our luggage) and sent us on our way so our weekend travel plans were not totally ruined. Mike was able to get our vehicle repaired the next morning and he called by 11 AM, so I could pick up the vehicle which allowed our Saturday afternoon plans to be uninterrupted. The unfortunate event of a unplanned repair event during this 4 hour road trip from South Florida to Central Florida was overcome with the outstanding customer service and humanity that was displayed by Mike Hamric. Im unsure if your dealership celebrates or recognizes your employees for outstanding service and going above and beyond, but if so I would like to recommend that Mike be awarded this acknowledgement for his service and compassion.

I was wanting to give a review of Huston Cadillac to let everyone know a little about my experiences there. Some were good and some not so good. I am a out of state buyer and me and my wife flew in from Texas to purchase a vehicle. The environment was great and the people and sales staff were awesome when i was there in front of them ...... but once they got my large down payment and i drove the car away the things i was told that were gonna be done did not get takin car of and finished. I was suppose to have paint to fix the chips on the hood sent...never got it...clips that were broke on both rear tail lights ......never got them. Once i got the car home i decided to go and check everything to be on the safe side because its not a cheap car and i was told the plugs and wires and oil were all changed and new.....it wasnt. There were 2 different brands of spark plug wires on the car and the plugs and oil were not changed like i was told they were. I was also told i was gonna get a copy of the car fax emailed to me and that never happened either. I paid for my registration in Florida for the state of Texas and they told me they can take care of it and after my paper plates expires they finally sent me a refund check for the amount and i had to go down and buy my plates and register my car myself. My main problem with all this is i called several times.....left several messages and talked to several different people only to never have these problems resolved. Me advice to anyone thats gonna purchase a vehicle from this location is to make sure everything is done before you cough up the cash and drive the vehicle home.

First I want to say that I never do this -give ratings or comments. Im not proud of that, I just dont have a lot of time. But, I HAVE to do this one, because it was the BEST experience Ive ever have at a car dealership. That is the truth! And Ive had a FEW experiences buying cars. Im sorry, I have to say this; as a woman this can be a very frustrating time. When I needed this last car trans, I actually dreaded it. But I needed a truck. So, I did all this crazy research, so sure of my home work; going to my first appointment to Huston Cadillac Buick GMC, Lake Wales, knowing that I was just going there to test drive a few trucks, to get a feel of them, cause never had a truck before. They were NEVER pushy at any point. Thats HUGE for me. They showed respect, and courteousness the whole time! Let me tell you, I had EVERY thing listed that I wanted, from the kind of truck, down to the interest rate. Which I was preapproved with my own Credit Union. And Huston not only met ever demand that I had but also found me a better interest rate! I left there with my brand NEW truck! Decided I knew I was not going to have a better situation. Purchased a XTS from this dealer and was really impressed with the quality of the vehicle as well as the friendliness of the sales staff. At no time did I ever feel pressured to purchase anything from them, and the sales person was able to find exactly what i was looking for and make the finances work all before even visiting the dealership. Everything was smooth and very easy. The showroom floor is really nice and the dealership overall is very nice as well. I will echo that its not the largest dealer Ive seen, but they still have a good selection and besides sometimes the smaller the dealer the more they are willing to work with you and treat you more like family than just another check walking through the door, so thats really not that big of a deal for me. There are very few dealers in the area that are much larger than this one, and they are the carmax like dealers or massive dealers with 5 car brands plus used. Any case, overall I was very happy and they helped me every step of the way even after my purchase.

They showed up in my life when I was hopeless! Our salesman Hans Vargas stood in our side all the time. He pay attention to our needs and worked hard to make the impossible possible. And then...David Dlugokechi showed up. The General Sales Manager, he made my dream comes true. You never had the filling of knowing the car that you want, in the color you want it, with the specifications you dreamed with, but with the fear you will never have it? And you will be ending paying monthly for a car you dont like? Well, I felt just like that until David showed up, I explained to him what I was looking for and JUST...LIKE...THAT... he made it happen! The car I want it, with the payment I want it. I cannot be happier! The team work in this dealership is out of this world! Their honesty, transparency, and dedication is unbelievable! I went to them after another dealership turn us down! And they proof them wrong! Oh! YES THEY DID! Thank guys for make my "retirement car" the best car ever! Such an amazing experience!
