Earlier this summer I went with my brother to Fidelity to test-drive and buy his Subaru Forester. So when my husband’s car died a few weeks ago, we knew he needed my 2008 Civic and it was time for me to get an upgrade. I wasnt planning on buying a new car just yet, so I began shopping around for a gently used car. It just made sense to go back to Fidelity after the great service from Jonathan and his team a few short months ago. I cant believe Ive had my new car for a week already! The Friday before last I saw a great car online and submitted an inquiry. Jonathan responded within an hour and I went in the next day to test drive a beautiful blue Altima (as well as 2 Accords, a Rav4 and a Captiva Sport!) Jonathan was happy to answer my questions, offer his input and expertise, and let me take my time test driving cars all afternoon. He was incredibly flexible all weekend, making sure that I could re-test drive two of the cars with my husband so that I could be sure that I was comfortable and confident in deciding on my next car. Last Monday after work we went in and after a painless session of signing paperwork I drove home in my new 2010 Honda Accord Ex-L! It’s been a pleasure dealing with the entire team at Fidelity! I hope we don’t have to buy a car again for a few years, but when it’s time we’ll be heading back to Fidelity to see what great cars they have on the lot. I love being able to support a local business while getting stellar service! Thanks everyone!

The best car buying experience we ever had... Johnathan is great!!! he actually came in on a Sunday to show us a 2006 Lincoln Navigator, the way we work its almost impossible to be able to go together and considering we were 2 hours away.. he came in on his own time and spent almost 3 hours with us, getting us the best deal and interest rate possible.. we had our 5 year old Grandson with us and Johnathan was great with him. I must have called him 20 times gettin different prices and rates.. he was so patient and understanding and HONEST... i know i drove him crazy.. He answered every question honestly and quickly, we asked him to do a few things on Navigator he did them no questions asked..he has even helped me with a problem I was having with another dealer..Joe is also a great guy when we finally back out to buy the Navigator, of course it was late and Joe stayed after hours answering more questions and helped us with our purchase.. We have been to a LOT of car dealers in Pennsylvania and Ohio..and NO-ONE compares to Fidelity Auto.. the best experience we ever had... THANK YOU, Johnathan and Joe..they treated us like people not just a sale.. We have been telling all our family and friends about you..we will some day be back to buy again.. 100% RECOMMENDED..

Great, stress free experience. Due to a recent accident that totaled my Toyota Sienna, I was in the market for a "new to me" van. My husband and I knew that we wanted another Sienna and we had specific options in mind that we wanted. We searched the Pittsburgh area trying to work with used car dealers. No one had what we were looking for,so we searched areas around Pgh. on the internet. My husband found Fidelity Auto and that they had a Toyota Sienna on their lot. Jonathan and Joe were very helpful. They answered all of my husbands questions over the phone and even took their phone out to the car to do a walk around while my husband was looking at pictures on the internet, and were able to answer any questions my husband had from the internet pictures. We drove 1 1/2 hours one direction with 3 young kids in tow on my 40th birthday. We found Fidelity Auto to be very trustworthy, reliable and helpful in all aspects of this stressful car buying situation that we were put in to. Within 2hours we were proud owners of yet another Toyota Sienna and drove another 1 1/2 hrs back home. Hopefully we will not need another vehicle anytime soon, but when we do we will definately check out Fidelity Auto! Thanks Jonathan, Joe and Victoria!!

The vehicle I purchased had previously been in a minor front end accident, enough to cause damage to the front frame. The bumper cover had been replaced, most likely by these guys since it had never had a license plate mounted to the front on a 3 year old car. CarFaqs was clear so I didnt really suspect any accidents. I did look the car over throuroughly but it wasnt until I crawled under the car to mount my front plate weeks later and looked behind the bumper cover that I saw the damage. When I was in one of their offices purchasing they did have a dry erase board with a list of cars and each car had a note like "needs transmission work", "needs breaks", "needs exhaust work", etc that struck me as kind of odd. Owners manual was missing. Only one key was provided. Are they buying wrecked cars and repairing, as opposed to buying regular used cars from auction? who knows. It is a small 2 or 3 guy operation, renting out an office as opposed to an actual dealer lot. I did get a good price, and its nothing I cant fix myself with a few hours of work, and its not MAJOR damage, maybe a 5mph crash but its just the PRINCIPLE. This should have been disclosed to me. Make sure you get your car inspected before purchase.

Incredible dishonesty. Please dont buy with this company!!! It seems that Im the only unhappy customer from Fidelity Auto Trucks. I just cant believe that all those reviews are great! Total nightmare experience with Fidelity. To start with the owner no Carfax was given upon the purchased, I should had notice that was a shaddy .Fidelity Auto & Truck Sales " Ray " sold me a vehicle that had a major frontal collision, never mentioning this fact. Between all the lies he said that it was a minor body collision and the vehicle was professionally fixed with all original parts and with a expert authorized mechanic. All BS the truck was fixed in a back yard kind of mechanic that had no idea of what he was doing. Basically the mechanic jerry rigged the repairs. The accident was found by another mechanic that pulled the Carfax in his shop. Be aware of this company they are not honest and dont assume their liability. My lawyer now has his hands full with Ray and Fidelity Auto & Truck Sales

Awesome vehicle and fantastic service. The staff at Fidelity are no doubt the best I have ever dealt with at a car dealership, bar none. They dont feed you any bull and are more than willing to work with you on any questions you may have. These guys spent their entire Saturday dealing with me and helping me any way they could since I can only get away on weekends. The vehicle I bought was very clean and mechanically sound and they also offered a great price on the vehicle I wanted. I will definitely be back to Fidelity for my next vehicle and will recommend them to any person I know looking for a vehicle. If youre looking for a greasy used car slimeball to pressure you into buying a vehicle, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a great buying experience and some guys who really know what they are doing and genuinely care about their customers, then check out Fidelity.
