I went to check out a used Honda Element at their lot, which is listed as in perfect condition on yahoo, autotrader, and craigslist. I ask to look at it and he hands me the keys - It is dinged, scratched inside and out, and there is a thick layer of greasy armorall on everything. The salesperson tried to be even slicker as he announced that someone had already agreed to buy the car as he shoved some paperwork in my face. I dont know why he showed the car if he had already sold it, but I dont like to play games, especially after finding that the car was beat up so bad. Waste of my time.

I was looking forward to working with these people, and they clearly had no interest in my business. Go somewhere else for a used car. They are not willing to work with you and I would just suggest going elsewhere. With so many dealerships and used cars in the world, you would think every business would appreciate you choosing THEIR business! i guess not.

Sean answered the phone and he is very courteous, explaining about the Green Element which I was inquiring about. Being a sales person he was doing his job and the skills to sell and I appreciated his talent. I felt I was taken care of while on the phone. There was no promises made and the call about the item was not finalized. Appreciated his time.

Giving this 2 stars because me and my wife drove a distance to be told we have to wait until Monday for a finance company to tell us yes or no on a car when we contacted this dealer 3 days prior about it, if you asked me it should have been handled prior then it increase from what the website stated a weekend morning

Really good dealership. Sean is extremely unimposing and gives you your space to evaluate a car at your own speed and his prices are fair (the car I bought was at the very bottom of the Kelly Blue Book valuation and it was in good shape). Definitely recommend if youre in the area.
