The place is great and nice but This review is about the bakery. I dont know her name but we asked for a cake to be made and decorated. It was for a party and was supposed to be funny because the birthday man was turning 50. We wanted an old man walking on a brick pathway surrounded by grass, with a walker. We gave an accurate description and even provided pictures!! We even gave them a few weeks in advanced. When we came back to get it, it was just a green cake!! No words, no old man, doesnt even look like grass. Just smeared green frosting. We were so disappointed because we love their cakes and have had them do them before. It was too late to wait for them to try and put some type of decoration so we had to pay SO much money for a freaking green cake. What bothers me is they had so many weeks to call us and tell us it couldnt be done ir they were unclear of what they had to do (even though they had an exact picture...)

This is a surprisingly pleasant Whole Foods! Not too big, not too small, and they have a great well-curated selection, including a bulk section that seems to have pretty good turn-around. The parking lot is pretty adequate, and the lines are usually pretty speedy, even at rush hour. Their selection of organic fruits and vegetables is slightly smaller than Id like (no organic lemons? why??), but they do a great job of sampling, hosting events, and social media. I believe they are going to be the first Whole Foods to roll out braille in their store. Awesome!

I dont understand these positive reviews. This is probably the worst Whole Foods Ive ever been in, and Ive been to quite a few. The selection is abysmal, the store smells badly, and the cashiers are incompetent. I noticed that they had organic berries on sale and was going to buy some... The blackberries I picked up were visibly moldy, and I noticed mold on other packages as well. The strawberries looked like they had fallen down a flight of stairs. I contemplated emailing corporate to complain, but I just decided Ill never go here again.

Foods are fresh and great, but the cashiers in this store are REALLY RUDE! there were several times I said "Hi" and got NO response! TODAY when I checked with a plentiful African American women at the cashier, I got NO response when I said HI, the more aggravating thing is --- she threw my things roughly on the table! What are the reasons to make them so RUDE? This situation has been continuing for such a looooong time! So angry about this and I am considering not to go to this store any more!

I am a regular customer daily and really enjoy the variety of foods, but I have to tell ya, dont ever eat from the so called hot breakfast bar. Everytime I get breakfast at that bar its cold not luke warm but cold. I have compained over 30 times like a fool I keep going back hoping that they have it under control but again still cold. They should just call it the cold bar.

Like the market except fish department. I finally stopped buying fish there because It was always spoiled, like 4-5 times. Last time I bought a soft shelled crab and salmon steak. The crab smelled like ammonia and the salmon smelled like dirty shoes. Lunch bar is pretty good most days. All very nice people work there.

This a great whole food. Super busy location. Always clean and fully staffed. My fiance and I have dinner here every Wedn before a class we talk. The hot bar and salads bar are always stocked and taste great. I also like the various sample areas they have and they change over time.

Its true, some things at Whole Foods are expensive, but they also carry items you cant find at Trader Joes and there are often useful coupons available. This place is well organized and generally well stocked. The staff are very helpful when you cant find what youre looking for.

This is a hop skip and a jump from our place and our default shopping place for last minute items and milk. I love taking the kids there as it is a feast for their eyes and keeps them busy. I always find new things to try and their sale items are a good value.

This Whole Foods is somewhat small. You will often find yourself bumping into other people and it makes the checkout a bit of a mess. Flowers section was also pretty small. Other than that, staff is nice and very helpful.

Despite the rep for yuppie elitism, its a great place for bakers and people who like to make their own granola. Whole bulk grains and nuts like nowhere else. The seafood is expensive but the quality is worth it.

If you avoid peak hours, this is a pretty nice Whole Foods. Everything is top quality and youll always find something new to try. If theres no parking spots, steal one from Martys lot and take a walk over.

A great Whole Foods location, with a bakery and great cheese selection. They have Kombucha on tap. Hot food isnt as good as some other WFs, but OK. No alcohol, but Martys is right next door.

Easily accessible whole foods market serving Waltham, Newton and Watertown. The place is somewhat small, but you have a lot of diversity. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
